The house is at an altitude of 1,085 meters above sea level, with a healthy climate for relaxation and the lungs. The forest is filled with junipers, pines and thyme.

The property has a surface area of approximately 100,000 square meters.. It borders on the Becedas River and is located just a few meters from the reservoirs which supply the town with water.
The property has different groves of trees grown as crops, amongst which you can find junipers (a protected species) and umbrella pine. In the area, declared a ZEPA or special protection zone, there are nests of different birds of prey (eagles, goshawks, lesser kestrels, etc.), as well as other birds. You can also find a large number of squirrels.
The city has zoned the property as rustic, though in certain areas, especially in the forested parts, it has been given special protection due to the beauty of the landscape, as well as the flora and fauna.
On the property, you can find a large number and variety of wild mushrooms, and it is ideal for practicing sports and rural activities.
At kilometer 10 on the AV- 502 Highway that joins Navalperal de Pinares with El Hoyo de Pinares, it is located in an area known as the “Site of the Juniper Groves,” Majalapuente, in the city limits of Hoyo de Pinares, Ávila province. It is approximately 90 kilometers from Madrid. By road, it takes about 75 minutes to get here from Madrid. From Madrid, you can come by several different highways.
On the Motorway of La Coruña, you get off to go to El Escorial, and from there you head towards Robledo de Chavela, Valdemaqueda and Hoyo de Pinares. Once you have reached El Hoyo de Pinares, turn towards Navalperal de Pinares; take the exit on a dirt path right at the marker for kilometer 10.

You can also gain access by way of the Extremadura Expressway, going to San Martín de Valdeiglesias, Cebreros and then El Hoyo de Pinares. Once in El Hoyo de Pinares, take the exit on a dirt path right at the marker for kilometer 10.
We were a group of 10 adults who spent two nights at the Quinta.It was an atmospheric hotel in lovely surroundings. Miguel and his wife were very welcoming and served us delicious meals. It was a very memorable experience for all of us. We would like to return one day.

Hemos pasado un magnífico fin de semana con nuestros 2 chavales y la bebé.
El trato es fenomenal a la vez que muy discreto. El desayuno y la cena muy buenos, nuestra habitación magnifica, el hotel muy acogedor, todo muy limpio. El lugar, fantástico con unas vistas desde la piscina espectaculares.

No tengo palabras para explicar el lugar, la situación y el excelente trato por parte de Miguel y Cristina.Está todo cuidado al detalle, los desayunos y la cena de lo mejor, todo exquisito y abundante, el entorno un lujo para la vista, tranquilidad por todo el entorno y el trato de lo mejor. Sin dudas volveremos.

Poco más se puede añadir al resto de opiniones. Decir, como todos, que es un lugar muy aconsejable, hecho para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Miguel, un 10 como profesional.

Ya hace 4 años que vamos a primeros de julio toda la familia. Somos más de 20 personas ¡¡ y celebramos el cumpleaños de nuestra madre. Es el fin de semana más feliz del año para todos, principalmente para los pequeños que disfrutan de cada momento en la Quinta de los Enebrales. Todo en la Quinta mejora con los años..
