Proof of this is the project that has been set up by the Sigüenza National Institute of Gastronomy, under the auspices of the Culinary Institute of America, whose aim has been to carry out a Master’s degree for all those chefs who wish to perfect their knowledge and techniques.
El pasado mes de Abril no alojamos un noche en este hotel. Buscaba un hotel tranquilo en una zona rural pero con un toque diferente, y creo que lo encontré por lo que le encantó a mi novia. Tanto la decoración moderna de todo el hotel, detalles y equipamiento en las habitaciones y servicio atento del personal, nos gustó mucho.. También solicitamos allí una cena romántica para la noche, nos encendieron la chimenea, todo el comedor estaba precioso y la relación calidad/precio fué buena.. En resumen,

Le regalé a mi novia por su cumpleaños un fin de semana en este hotel y ha sido todo un acierto. Hemos disfrutado de la tranquilidad del lugar, la amabilidad del personal y de una romántica cena.
