The owner´s comments
Villa Milagro is located in the town of Poliñá del Júcar, which is about thirty-five kilometres to the south of Valencia city, in the Ribera region, between the localities of Sueca and Alzira. Its name comes from the way in which the former owner´s house was popularly known, Milagro. Its current owner as well as her daughter are known in the same way.
It is a farmhouse which was built about 1930 following the traditional style of Mediterranean farming house at the beginning of the last century. It also reminds us the typical ancestral country house which can be seen to the south of Spain. Its original function, when the house had only one floor, was the agricultural one. This function was practised on the land which surrounds the house.
