LA BALCONADA, is a dry stone house dating back to the 17th century with 200 m2. It is complete rental for 8 people, situated in a Protected Natural environment of unbeatable beauty, only 15 minutes from BERGA. There is a long hiking route which passes through the land and sign-posted mountain bike routes.. Ideal for walks, mushroom collecting, hiking, mountain bikes, etc.

Go along the C-16 (The Llobregat - Cadi Tunnel Route Axis) and turn off at the first exit towards Berga
After around 300 m you will pass a roundabout where you turn right into Berga. Carry straight on, towards the Industrial Estate (Valldan)
Approximately 1 km further on you come to another roundabout where you have to go straight on and into the industrial estate. Go all the way to the top, towards the mountains.
A short distance further up you then turn left, and go along a straight and then turn right along a narrow road, which goes up for about 500 m until it reaches the road that goes to St. Llorenç de Morunys, the BV-4241, which is on the left, towards St. Llorenç
Here you enter the road at kilometre 5, and then leave it at km 11, just before you go into a tunnel, where you will see a signpost on the left to Capolat
After 4 km you will see the sign for "Capolat"
On your left, 50 metres after a white building, which is the Town Hall, is the Cal Llangot piece of land. And that is where we are! You cannot miss it as there is a sign with the name next to the logo of "Masías Santmarcó" hanging between two wooden poles
To enter you have to pass between two stone pillars, situated on the left, next to the actual road, and at a height of 1.5 metres.
