|
The rural house Rincón del Sella, is situated in Collera, on the banks of the River Sella.. Today, it has been renovated into its original style, inviting the visitor to enjoy the simple and comfortable "rural aroma" of the accommodation.
It is a complete rental house with 4 rooms , 4 bathrooms, the kitchen, equipped with an oven, cooking hob, dishwasher, fridge, a table seating eight people, all the necessary kitchen utensils and all kinds of household equipment).
It also has a lounge with sofas, television, DVD, heating and a small library.
It includes a 100 m2 garden, 3000 m2 of land with a recreation area and barbecue. The house also has a log fireplace.. There are parking facilities for five cars next to the house..

It is located in a special protection area because of its highly natural interest, surrounded by autochthonous forests with Holm oaks, oak trees, chestnut trees, birch trees, as well as a small recreation area where you can enjoy other species and fantastic views of the Escapa mountains with the Moflechu Peak and the Mediana Nature Reserve.
It is also situated in the middle of some breathtaking scenery, a mixture of the sea, river and mountains. It is next to the well-known River Sella, where we have the famous International Sella Descent, which has been declared an international tourism event. In the surrounding areas, we can observe many of the agricultural and cattle farming activities on a local farm.
Only 1 km away, in the village of Collera, we find a Bar-Shop (Chigre - a typical bar in the area ) and a restaurant.

- The Casa de Aldea el Rincón del Sella is situated in Ribadesella, in the village of Collera, at km 900 of the N632 road, that joins Llovio with Ribadesella.
- It is located at 1 km from the Cantabrico Motorway and also 1 km from Ribadesella, a fishing town which was declared a "Municipality of Tourism Excellence" in 1997 because of its scenic and historical wealth.

Very clean and tidy villa with good facilities. Very helpful with information on local events. Only slight drawback is on main road. Traffic can be noisy.. For 8, kitchen a little tight.
