El Quintà is a country house with porch and garden built in 1772 and renovated in 2003. The house is situated in the ancient central area of the small town called Tavertet (30 km.. from Vic). The town has been distinguished as a Cultural Interesting Good and preserves houses from XVII and XVIII century.. From there you can contemplate the long cliffs upon the river Ter and the reservoir of Sau.
This township has a lot of itineraries that allow to know its cultural and Romanesque environs and its flora and fauna. It is an ideal place where you will enjoy the calm of the countryside and to be in contact with nature the whole year.
El Quintà consists of two independent houses with 5/6 places each one. On request, both houses can be hired to accommodate groups of 10/12 people.
The houses have been restored and equipped with old and new furniture, achieving a warm home atmosphere.
They are furnished with central heating and hot water, ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, iron, washing machine, refrigerator, tablecloth, serviettes, kitchen cloths, detergents and all necessary kitchen supplies. The bedrooms are equipped with covers and towels.

Hem estat un cap de setmana i tan l´equipament de la casa com l´entorn es fabulós. Es totalment recomenable la casa,cuidada fins el mínim detall, així com el tracte del Sr. Joan i l´indret. Tavertet es un poble preciós i molt tranquil.. Tan aviat com poguem, tornarem
Un lloc acollirdor, un poble amb encant tot l´any, un paissatge atractiu, tot un plaer per la vista.
Amb un tracte exquisit i una atenció excelent, només tenim paraules d´agraïment pel Sr. Joan.
Moltes gràcies per la feina ben feta.
Les dues cases estàn molt ben equipades, amb tots els detalls i decorats amb un gust exquisit.
Aquest serà el 3er any que repetim, i podem dir que fins i tot hem estat 3 cops per any.

Una autentica tranquilidad la casa tiene todos los detalles muy cuidados y realmente todo su equipamiento es nuevo, verdaderamente vale la pena pasar unos dias, muy recomendada.

Varem estar uns dies al mes d´agost a El Quintà. Senzillament genial, ben cuidat, ben decorat i en un entorn de privilegi. En Joan i la seva dona son encantadors i sempre atents a qualsevol necessitat. Ha sigut un plaer. Hi tornarem!!!

Hemos hecho una reunión familiar en la casa y ha sido lo mejor que nos ha pasado en tiempo. El lugar y la casa ha ayudado muchísimo. Es una casa perfecta para la gente que aprecia los pequeños detalles y las buenas maneras y eduación del Sr. Joan. Nos costó muchísimo irnos, nos hubiesemos quedado allí mucho más tiempo. Gràcies Joan
