El Cordel is a rural house of recent construction and opening that has been finished with masonry stone; both its windows and shutters are made of solid wood.
It is in La Serrada, in the Amblés Valley, eight kilometres from Ávila.
It is surrounded by a land of 1.050 metres with swimming pool, barbecue and garden furniture of stone, with cared lawn, trees and rosebushes, and a spacious porch.
It has three lounges, five rooms and a kitchen. The rooms are decorated with old furniture of the end of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th one. Two of the lounges have a chimney piece as well as a lovely decoration with several games, including a stone-base table football.
In the outlying areas of Ávila and opposite the Amblés Valley, La Serrada is a town that has a small old part all around the Church and a residential area in expansion where you can find a broad gastronomic offer in the inners that are along the road near this township. It is an excellent starting point to go to the Amblés Valley and Gredos, and besides, you can feel the same calm and historical atmosphere as in Ávila.

Alquilamos la casa un fin de semana para 8 personas por descuelgue de gente de ultima hora... Y nada, todo genial, la casa preciosa, el jardin inmenso con esos partiditos de futbol y voley que nos hechamos a las 3 de la mañana :) jejeje La barbacoa imprescindible sabiendo la calidad de los mataderos de la zona, el futbolin muy recurrido, al estar apartada puedes desparramar tranquilamente... pfff la verdad es que nos faltó tiempo para todo!!! queremos repetir! encima al haber sido ya clientes no

Una casa estupenda, muy tranquila dado que esta apartada de todo y asi ni molestas ni te molestan. La casa esta muy bien equipada y el jardin es una autentica maravilla. La pena es que no hiciera bueno para meternos en la piscina, tendremos que volver en verano... Ademas la casa esta genial porque te puedes quedar de juerga abajo mientras los demas duermen arriba, no se escucha nada. Fin de semana para recordar. Gracias.

Para sorprender a una amiga que se casaba, decidimos alquilar la casa (un fin de semana de DESPEDIDA DE SOLTERA), a parte de la casa, que tiene todas las comodidades para no preocuparte de nada, el encanto principal es el gran jardin, la barbacoa y la maravillosa piscina, hasta con tumbonas. Para quienes estén dudando si elegir esta casa entre otras opciones, nuestra opinión es que te decidas por El Cordel, allí encontrarás en primer lugar tranquilidad por su localización aislada, la casa tiene un jardín estupendamente cuidado donde podréis disfrutar del sol mientras vuestros hijos se toman un baño en la piscina o un zumo en el porche. la casa esta genial, hemos pasado un fin de semana super bien, no te da tiempo a aburrirte porque esta muy bien montada, tiene un monton de cosas para hacer, lo bueno tambien es que esta returada y estas a tu aire, ha sido genial.
