El Molino del Camino is located in a mountain setting, surrounded by poplar trees, forests of pine and Holm oaks ; situated 4.5 km from the village of Moratalla, towards the Puerta camp site.
The 200 year-old El Molino has been restored and is fully equipped. It is situated on the banks of the peaceful River Alharabe.
The accommodation includes a 140 m2 lounge-dining room in house number 4 for social events. Capacity:
- A dining room for 25 people
- A lounge for 20 people (4 sofas, 4 armchairs and board games)
It is totally fenced off for complete security and is accessed along a tarmac road. There are some superb views, such as the massifs of the Sierra del Buitre, the Cerezom and it is 2 km from the Puerta Camp site.
The accommodation is made up of 4 rural houses which are built at different heights to preserve your privacy. There are car parking facilities, a children´s play area, a Moorish oven, individual patio, a barbecue for each rural house, a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi and countercurrent summing.
The baker comes round selling home-made bread and cakes.
We can provide home-made meals (paellas, roast lamb or piglet, pork products, typical Moratalleros desserts, etc.), we also have beer on tap.
How to reach Molino del Camino: go to Moratalla, and then look for the Camping la Puerta km. 4.5. We will meet you in Moratalla and accompany you to the accommodation.
