- Dining room, living room with chimney, Shelves with books and games for children.
- One master bedroom for two persons with complete bathroom.
- Additional independant toilets.
1st floor: one living-room, one shower room, and 4 bedrooms:
- one with a double bed
- one with 3 single beds
- one with 2 single beds
- one with 1 single bed
Cleaning is to be supported by the tenant, who shall return the house as clean as it was when he arrived.
Cleaning service may be supplied at extra cost under prior request.
It is also possible to buy wood for the chimney, cost is 12 Euros per day.
The name of Puente Genil appeared in the 19 th century, coming from the name of the bridge on the GENIL river which it crosses.. It is a town of 30 000 inhabitants, situated between 3 districts: Cordoba, Sevilla, Malaga.
This location contributes to its prosperity and its economical development.
PUENTE GENIL is a city of great interest for the traveller. Situated in the middle of the Andalousian country, 1 hour from Malaga or Seville, 1 & ½ hours from Granada, it is granted of several roads and highways. This active town will welcome you and from this central place you will have the possibility to discover Andalousia in the best possible conditions.
Casa Rural Esmeralda is located in the heart of the Genil valley, inside Puente Genil city limits, at 3 kilometers from the center and at 1 kilometer of El Palomar village. The area is named "Ribera Alta del Genil", which translates to : High bank of the Genil river.
On its 5 000 square meters garden, you will find high trees near a hundred years old, providing shadow and coolness, together with fruit trees : plums, grenada, fig, cognacier.
Behind the garden gate entrance, in front of the house, you can park up to 5 cars. On the back of the house, a large terrace opens to the garden, a well (closed), a barbecue, a summer kitchen with a chimney, a games area for children, and a bowling ground. Further, the swimming-pool (7m x 13m), completely separated and closed, with shower and toilets. The 350 m2 house is decorated in the traditional old days Andalousian style.

By Plane: MALAGA Airport, Then, by car : Freeway A92 Malaga-Sevilla, toward Sevilla, Exit Estepa, folow Puente Genil/Herrera. When entering Puente Genilo, on the left is the blue Gas-Station "La Palmera". By the side of the gas-Station start the road toward "El Palomar". After a few km on the left with a blue gate, "Casa Rural Smeralda" appears on its white garden wall.
From MADRID by car:
Freeway : N IV ( or A IV ) in direction of Cordoba, reach Aguilar de la Frontera, Puente Genil road-sign appears at South-west side exit of the city.

La casa es muy grande, los niños han disfrutado jugando a todo tipo de juego, la piscina está muy bien y la zona es muy tranquila. Todo estaba muy bien en general

Este puente he estado alli con unos colegas y la verdad que mejor no nos lo emos podido pasar, la casa es una verdadera maravilla, espaciosa, bien equipada, y con un pedazo de jardin pa acer un poco el cafre, si vais a pasar unos dias en una casa rural, si podeis ir a esta que es de lo mejor que vais a encontrar
