A traditional and restored house, built in the centre of the village. It has 6 en-suite rooms, a sitting room with a TV, a large lounge-dining room with a fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen and the possibility of 2 extra beds

A traditional and renovated, built in the centre of the village. It has 4 en-suite rooms, a large lounge-dining room with a fireplace and TV, a sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen and the possibility of 1 extra bed

Casa Don Roque I and Casa Don Roque II are two totally independent houses, with entrances at different points of the compass, where you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet with all the modern day comforts, to ensure that you have a lovely holiday.
They are located in Abárzuza, a village with a population of 580 and set on the slopes of the Urbasa and Andia mountain range, the ideal spot to visit Navarre and its surrounding area. It is 7 km. from Estella, 40 km. from Pamplona, 42 km. from Logroño, 65 km. from Vitoria, 106 km. from San Sebastian.

Es el segundo año que alquilamos las dos casas durante una semana. Somos una familia de seis matrimonios con hijos. Las casas están muy bien equipadas, limpias, y es confortable tener cuarto de baño en cada habitación. Su situación posibilita atractivas excursiones. Los dueños, Lourdes y Javier, son encantadores y siempre dispuestos a facilitar todo. Pensamos repetir.
Sólamente hemos alquilado Don Roque I y pensábamos, después de ver las fotos de exteriores, que íbamos a poder disfrutar de elementos como huerta, jardín, barbacoa... El caso es que estos elementos corresponden a la casa Don Roque II y que al estar ocupada también, podían ser utilizados pero, contando con el consentimiento de sus inquilinos. Es decir, que nos hemos visto limitados en nuestras pretensiones de uso y disfrute de barbacoa, jardín, y de poder comer o cenar al aire libre. Es obvio que

Owner’s reply Como usted muy bien sabe, Señor Jesús, ustedes tenían alquiladas las dos casas con mucho tiempo de antelación, pero una semana antes de venir anularon la pequeña. Como necesitaban camas supletorias, yo se las puse y cobré como hago normalmente. <BR>Sobre el jardín y barbacoa, en la página web está muy claro qué tiene cada casa. Siento mucho que ustedes no hayan estado agusto, porque lo que a mí me hicieron ver fue otra cosa. De todas las formas, el jardín es muy amplio, y por si hubiera al... more

Estuvimos 7 familias de amigos, en total 21 personas, 12 adultos y 9 niños. Lo mejor, las buenas comunicaciones y que todas las habitaciones tengan baño propio. Las casas están bien atendidas, completamente equipadas y se pueden hacer barbacoas en el jardín. Los dueños viven en otra casa adosada junto a estas. Recomendables.
