Can Piferrer is an independent accommodation for rural tourism, situated between Cassà de la Selva and Caldas de Malavella, in a typical Catalan farmhouse which dates back to the 17th-century, and has been totally restored and renovated to adapt to modern day living. It has been listed as a heritage building and is situated in a privileged setting, in the middle of nature, with all the peace and tranquillity of the surrounding scenery.
Given its location and excellent communication links, this is the ideal place for all kinds of tourism: close to Girona (13 km), to the Costa Brava (16 km), to the Girona-Costa Brava airport (5 km), and just over 5 minutes from the AP-7 motorway exit, the Nacional 2 road and the Transversal.
A rural tourism accommodation with a total surface area of 250 m2 on each of its two floors and sleeping 8-10 people. On the ground floor, there is a large and fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a fireplace and table seating 16 people, a lounge with a fireplace and TV and a games and reading room, as well as a large central lobby. On the first floor, there are 2 double rooms with ensuite bathrooms, a twin room with a bathroom and another multiple room, as well as a large central lounge. It also includes a big garden with more than 1,500 m2 and a swimming pool.
The Can Piferrer farmhouse can be rented as a whole or individually (8-10 people) or together with the apartments El Forn and El Porxo (which are located in the same building) with a total capacity of 18-20 people.
This is the ideal place to enjoy nature at its best and be able to relax in its peaceful setting.

From the AP-7 motorway (airport exit -Cassà), Eje Transversal (Riudellots exit) carry on along the C-25. Go through Riudellots de la Selva and 2 km further on, take the right exit at the roundabout towards Sant Andreu Salou. Just in the centre of the village of Sant Andreu, past the Church, there is a tarmac narrow road (signposted to Cassà de la Selva) which, after crossing the stream, leads you to Can Piferrer. Estimated time 10 minutes.
From Girona take the road to Playa d´Aro until you get to Cassà de la Selva, go right through the industrial estate. Opposite the cemetery, there is a narrow road that leads to Sant Andreu Salou (mark this on your GPS). Can Piferrer is 3.5 km from Cassà and less than 500 m from Sant Andreu. Estimated time 20 minutes.
Si tratta di una tipica e antica casa colonica catalana moltro ben ristrutturata e curata dai proprietari (disponibili e gentili). Per tutto cio´ e per gli ampi spazi interi a disposizione oltre che per la tranquillita´ ed il paesaggio agreste (non guasta l´ottima piscina) consiglio a tutte/i Can Piferrer. Aggiugno che il rapporto qualita´/prezzo e´molto buono.

La casa è stata restaurata in modo intelligente e raffinato ,con attenta cura nei particolari,l´accoglienza squisita e si presta per soggiorni in piena tranquillità.Buon rapporto qualità -prezzo. Buon indirizzo per Golfisti.Il campo P.G.A.Catalunya si trova a pochi Km.
