Can Castell is a pretty town house dating from the end of the eighteenth century. It has been carefully restored to provide all the comforts of the 20th century whilst maintaining the charming old wood beams and rustic furniture.
In the summer you can cool down in the small swimming-pool or enjoy eating on the terrace and relaxing in the sweet garden.
The house is situated in the centre of the picturesque mountain village of les Gunyoles d’Avinyonet, and surrounded by vineyards. It has magnificent views of the Penedès countryside, the biggest cava producing area in Spain. It is the ideal setting for an enjoyable, peaceful holiday which nonetheless provides a wide choice of activities, and information is available on horse riding and other outdoor pursuits in the area.
