Can Grau de Vallcàrquera is an 18th century Catalan farmhouse (1718) which has been fully restored. It has two apartments on two independent floors: Can Barcelona and Can Grau de Baix.
The accommodation is situated within the Montseny Nature Reserve, in the Vallcàrquera Valley, surrounded by forests, terraces and fields. The river, of the same name, crosses this valley, as it collects the waters from the Pla de la Calma and the Turó de Tagamanent, mountain peaks that offer some unbeatable scenery.. You can rent an apartment or the whole house.
Outdoors: terraces - the balcony overlooking the valley, barbecue, fountain, large stone table, garden furniture, car park, etc
Indoors: each apartment can sleep between 8 and 10 people, up to a maximum number of 20 people in total if the whole house is rented. Each apartment has 2 bathrooms, a traditional fireplace, kitchen, heating and electrical appliances (fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave,.)
Rooms:
Can Barcelona (top floor): 2 double rooms and one room for 4 or 6 people.
Can Grau de Baix (ground floor): 3 double rooms and one for 2 or 4 people.

Estupenda casa, hicimos una quedada de amigos de todos sitios de España y pasamos 4 dias allí,la casa muy grande y bonita,las vistas impresionantes, totalmente recomendable la casa, hemos desconectado realmente del mundo de la ciudad y de la monotonia. Solo hay que destacar 2 cosas "malas",el camino esta bastante feo, la parte no asfaltada es bastante jodida, y le falta unas bombillas en el porche, pero todo lo demas lo dicho ya antes, totalmente recomendable y me gustaria volver en un futuro.
Vam estar amb una colla d´amics i genial. Està molt a prop de la civilització, i encara que la cobertura no hi arriba, en cotxe hi ets en un moment. És una petita selva a les rodalies de barcelona. Té el grau suficient per desconectar, i es poden fer passeigs per la muntanya.
Recomanable 100%, fins i tot per famílies.
Tenim un bebé a la colla, i no li faltava de res.
Hemos podido disfrutar de un fin de semana de relax en esta fantástica casa. Tanto su interior como el exterior invitan a pasar unos días de contacto con la naturaleza, ya sea descansando o disfrutando descubriendo su entorno.
Una experiencia muy recomendable y desde luego para repetir.
Felicidades a sus propietarios por el magnífico estado tanto de rehabilitación como de mantenimiento.
hem passat un cap de setmana fabulós, la casa és perfecte, amb tot el necessari i més. i l´entorn tranquil i verd. per gaudir tant d´un bon sol com d´una nit estrellada!!!!
No podemos pedir más! La casa, el entorno, todo fantástico!
Es maravilloso poder disfrutar, aunque sólo sea por unos días, del silenció, de la paz y de las comodidades del lugar: la casa es immensa, las habitaciones son amplias, está toda equipada, tiene una chimenea de las de antes y por la noche, además, pudimos disfrutar del calor del fuego. Os la recomiendo.
