- Consists of three double rooms, one of them with a double bed, lounge with fireplace, two bathrooms, kitchen, food store and terrace of private use. Every flat has electric storage batteries heating and the necessary equipment: bed linen, towels, television in colour, set of dishes, table linen, fridge, electric or gas cooker, microwave oven, coffee pot, mixer, squeezer. The place has also a parking place, swimming pool, barbecue, terraces (with nice views), woodshed and some room with a washing machine and clothes-line
El Pino Azul (sleeps 2 / 4):
- It consists of a bedroom with a master bed, living room with a firewood stove, sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom and terrace
Limonero (sleeps 2 / 4):
- It consists of a bedroom with a master bed, living room with a firewood stove, sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom and terrace
El Olivo (sleeps 2):
- It consists of: one room with sofa bed (master bed), kitchenette and bathroom.. The room has a sofa bed of 1´50 x 2 metres with latex mattress, which allows you to rest really comfortably.. It also has a chimney, TV with video (VHS player), furniture, iron and hair drier. The kitchenette is in a corner of the room and it´s completely equipped with: fridge, oven microwave, mixer, electric squeezer for making juice, and all the kitchenware needed for two people

Every week, weather permitting, we will make an astronomical observation for our clients, during which we will see, depending on the moment: the moon, some planets, galaxies, lots of stars, and in this season of the year the "the most admired star" the great Orion nebular.
El Valle is halfway between Dúrcal and Cozvijar, on the slope of the river Dúrcal, surrounded by fruit trees. In the morning, we are woken up by the singing of the birds and the murmur of the stream. It has an excellent climate both in winter and in summer.
All around El Valle, you can enjoy pleasant walksall the year, specially in spring, while we observe the beautiful and white viewpoint of Sierra Nevada
There are other activities like:
Studying the fauna and flora of the natural environment
Visiting the Padul Pool (just a short stroll from the lodging)
Skiing, at the Sierra Nevada ski resort, 35 minutes away
Guided strolls or rides routes

The Rural Lodging El Valle is in the heart of the Lecrín Valley halfway between Dúrcal and Cozvíjar (less than 1,5 km.. far from both towns) You can visit it from here:
Lanjarón (10 km.), known by its medicinal waters, spa, shops filled with wicker objects and for being the first town of the Alpujarras, a beautiful and lovely region which has so much charm
Granada (20 km.): The Alhambra and the Generalife, the Albayzín, the Alcaicería, the Bañuelo, the Pisas´ house, the Sciences Park (the most visited in Andalucía), the Cartuja Monastery, the Cathedral, the Royal Chapel and Museums, like the ones of Federico García Lorca or Manuel de Falla, are some of the wonders that you cannot miss
The Tropical Coast (35 km.): Motril, Almuñecar, Salobreña and its tropical products like the avocado pear, the mango, the custard apple, the papaya, etc.
Sierra Nevada (50 km.): it is more than a ski resort; it is a National Park with more than 169.239 extension areas, containing more than 60 townships of the Granada and Almería provinces. It shelters one of the most valuable floras of all the European continent, with more than 2.100 species, 66 of which are endemisms. In fauna, it has more than 50 exclusive species, and among them we can point up the wild goat. The Cortijuela Botanical Garden is one of special interest; it is close to the hill of the Trevenque
Along the main road, towards Granada-Motril or Motril-Granada, the exit 153 has to be taken, towards Dúrcal
50 metres from the second access to the town called Cozvíjar, you take a lane to the right and continue as far as to get to the lodging, following the signs

Hoy es el dia de la despedida y nos vamos con la alegria de llevarnos un trocito de este paraíso que han creado rafi y paco con mucho amor.
Hemos disfrutado mucho conociendo granada, esa maravillosa alhambra, el interesantisimo museo de las ciencias, la alpujarra y ese tesoro escondido de pampaneira, la playa de motril y salobreña y por supuesto sus dulces tipicos (piononos) .Y que decir de los granadinos personas sencillas y amables que nos han hecho sentirnos como en casa .Gracias paco y raf

He repetido estancia en este alojamiento en diferentes casas. Trato amable y cercano de los dueños.. Muy cuidado en los detalles y en la limpieza. El entorno es tranquilo, acogedor y muy agradable.

Siete fantasticos dias que se hicieron cortos para poder admirar todas las buenas cosas que tiene esta tierra. La casa un encanto donde nos gustaria vivir todo el año, cada cosa en su sitio con una pulcritud que resalta a primera vista. Los propietarios de este alojamiento son los anfitriones perfectos con una forma de ser tan entrañable y cariñosa que será imposible olvidarlos de nuestro recuerdo. Hasta pronto Paco y Rafi, seguid así, y gracias por poder compartir vuestro rincón y disfrutarlo.

Hemos estado una semana en el "Limonero", y la casita es monísima,con todo lo necesario,todo nuevo y con muy buen gusto.El lugar idílico,que tranquilidad, qué cenas fabulosas en la terracita, al fresquito y con vistas preciosas.Paco y Rafi encantadores (Paco,esa noche astronómica nos fascinó,mil gracias, no la olvidamos).Un lugar super bien comunicado,cerquita de todo.Lo hemos disfrutado mucho, pues además coincidió que estuvimos solos casi toda la semana.Te sientes casi como en casa.

Fuimos mi madre, mi hermano y yo hace un par de meses y el trato recibido por Paco y Rafi fue muy agradable y cercano. La casa era cómoda y bien equipada, con buenas vistas, en un sitio tranquilo pero bien comunicado (a 25 km de Granada) rodeado de lugares a visitar y actividades por poder hacer (cerquita de Sierra Nevada). Encima tiene barbacoa con un buen mirador y piscina. ¿Algo más se puede pedir? Me gustaría volver. ¡Gracias a los dos por vuestro trato! (¡y por vuestro alojamiento!).
