Ca Olivares is a unique, typical Valencian house, which is over a century old and is located in the centre of L`Alqueria de la Comtessa, a peaceful village, lined with orange groves, situated three kilometres from Gandia and its beaches and at the foot of the Safor mountains.
Ca Olivares still preserves much of the flavour of the old Valencian houses, with its wooden Flanders beams, high ceilings, thick stone walls, painted walls, its patio and furniture which brings back memories of the history of this house...
Ca Olivares has been carefully furnished with everything necessary to offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay, its three comfortable and air conditioned rooms , its two functional antique bathrooms, its large lounge with a TV, two sofas and four armchairs around a cosy fireplace, its bright dining room with its large windows overlooking the gardened patio and which also has another TV and an enormous fireplace, its fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of electrical appliances and a large and complete set of kitchen utensils, will make you feel at home in an atmosphere that has a very different charm due to its peculiarity.

The Oceanographic Museum and the "Principe Felipe" Science Museum 50 minutes away.
The "Terra Mítica" Theme Park in Benidorm 45 minutes away.

By car:
- Take the AP-7 Motorway and exit at 61 Pego - Oliva, then follow the signs towards L´Alqueria de la Comtessa. Once you reach the centre of the village go to the Casa de la Cultura, opposite which you will find the Ca Olivares.

Authentique, centrally located in the village we spent 6 comfortable nights in the well equipped house, cooking and eating, making excurions in the surroundings. It was veery nice an deveryone was very helpful and serviable, it turned our easy and smooth like vacations should be !
So much remains to be discovered int eh regoin, may be we will return !
la estancia ha sido agradable ya que estabamos cerca de varias playas, y la tranquilidad de la casa para descansar del bullicio de las noches. Buscabamos ocio y tranquilidad y lo conseguimos con la ayuda de la casa. Esta cerca de todo, cultura,ocio,playas...Una estancia para reoetir.

Si lo que buscan es tranquilidad este es el sitio adecuado,playas cerca sin agobios de personas.De la casa que decir una maravilla igual que los propietarios.He pasado una semana con mi mujer y mis dos hijos fabulosa,gracias por la horchata y los fartons un detallazo volveremos.

Estuvimos tres dias y realmente nos encantó la casa, muy bien equipada y con una preciosa decoración. Se encuentra cerca de las playas pero se respira mucha tranquilidad. Ah! por cierto magnífico el detalle de la horchata y los bollos de bienvenida, es posible que repitamos.
Ante todo dar las gracias a Juanma por su hospitalidad,hemos estado como en nuestra casa, con todas las comodidades,muy cerca de las playas de oliva,piles (donde era una gozada estar ya que no habia esa aglomeración de personas como en gandia).Y destacar una cosa que yo valoro mucho y es que siempre tenías tu sitio de aparcamiento al lado de la casa. Seguro que repetiremos. Gracias.
