It is a former restored sheep-hold on the slopes of grounds of almost 750 acres belonging to the Reste de Roca family on the border with Spain.
The property is located on a rocky mountainside with a panoramic view over the surrounding mountains and their wooded slopes, the Canigou maountains and the valley of Vallespir.
This comfortable house, is located close to Spain (4 km), near Céret with its modern art museum, on the GR10 passage, not far from French and Spanish beaches. Its large, enclosed terrace is not overlooked, and provides a view over wooded mountains and open countryside. There are various excursions and festivals in the surrounding area..
