Starting on January 30, 2008, you can enjoy our sauna (optional) and the gym (included in the price).
Situated between Potes and the Fuente De cable car, La Barcena is a group of rural accommodations located in an old house and its stables-barn, which have been carefully renovated, paying special attention to preserving the traditional style of the area and keeping the ancient oak beam structure and stone walls.
Each accommodation has a unique interior decoration, including furniture which has been exclusively designed for us. It offers a magnificent orientation and privacy and the majority have a terrace, front terrace or garden area and a fireplace. They all include a DVD player and we offer a film library with more than 100 titles and music cds.
Several of the apartments can accommodate pets, please consult when booking.
For weekend stays in low season, we offer you the possibility of leaving the accommodation in the afternoon. Also, in low season, you can book a “Lebaniego” breakfast which is served in the apartment.
We prepare special welcoming packages for anniversaries and birthdays.
In La Barcena you will be able to enjoy a quiet stay, or take up the option of multi adventure activities that will fulfil all your expectations during your stay.

From Burgos: along the N-623 and N-627 as far as Aguilar de Campoo. From Aguilar de Campoo to Cervera de Pisuerga along the P-212 and from Cervera de Pisuerga to Ojedo-Potes, along the C-627 through the Piedrasluengas Mountain Pass
Once you get to Potes, take the main road towards Fuente Dé and at km. 11.400 (after Los Llenos, take the first turning on the right) until you come to Enterria and there you will find La Bárcena.

Beautiful setting & a short drive to Potes if you need shops etc. Our apartment was lovely - furnished with a lot of thought & care. Nice restaurants within 2km. The owners couldn´t have been more welcoming - phoned around friends to check whether the local shop was open as we arrived late & when they found it wasn´t, they provided us with everything we needed for breakfast.. Excellent value for money.
Después de ver estos apartamentos quiero alquilar uno para pasar unos dias en septiembre pero al llamar al numero de contacto no da señal y he enviado un e-mail para obtener respuesta y aun nada.Alguien de los que han ido podrian decirme de que forma hicieron su reserva? me serviria de mucho asi como me ha servido leer sus opiniones para terminar de convencerme a ir alli!

Hemos pasado 2 semanas maravillosa. Nuestro apartamento el 14 está fenomenal, tiene todo lo que necesitas y funciona todo a la perfección. La vistas maravillosas y desayunar y cenar en el porche viendo la montaña de lo más relajante. Si es verdad que el desayuno que ofrecen es un poco pobre pero por lo demas genial. La piscina climatizada fenomenal, una idea que da mucho juego si un dia hace mal tiempo o te apetece pasar el dia sin hacer nada. Muy buena idea también la sauna, la bici, la eliptic

excepto el desayuno, lo demas fenomenal y esto se soluciono haciendolo nosotros. las viviendas estan estupensamente equipadas
Lugar encantador cerca de Potes. Con la piscina climatizada se gana mucho, sobretodo si tienes niños. El desayuno, un poco caro (5 €/persona). El apartamento 14, estupendo, espacioso.
