Cortijo Fuente Marchal is situated in the Grazalema Mountains Natural Park, in the Serrania de Ronda, in the village of Montejaque, on the border between the provinces of Malaga and Cadiz, and 20 minutes away from Ronda.
It is located on a mountain slope, overlooking the spectacular Guadiaro Valley, isolated from the noise and the crowds, surrounded by untouched nature and enormous limestone formations. In the area we find the Natural Parks of the Sierra de las Nieves in Malaga and the Alcornocales (Cork Oak Trees) in Cadiz.
The Cortijo Fuente Marchal is a family run Andalusian farmhouse, which has been restored and decorated in 2004. It has 5 Rural apartments, with a classification of 2 Keys, of different capacities (2, 4 and 6 places). The inside of the apartments is carefully looked after with a special attention to detail, and have fantastic views, decorated with rustic and very comfortable furniture.. Each apartment includes:
A fully equipped furnished kitchen
A large lounge with a fireplace
A bathroom with 24 hour hot water
Comfortable bedrooms with carefully looked after rustic furniture; a 1.50 m double bed, wooden beams and ceilings and old stone walls
Central heating in all the rooms
Exit onto the terrace and exterior windows
Activities
Hiking, routes such as the GR7 and other alternatives in a 10 km radius.

Take the A-357 towards Cártama - Ardales, taking the A-367 turning towards Ronda. From Ronda go along the A-376 until you get to the Benaoján road along the MA-555, carrying on until you get to Montejaque.
From Granada:
Take the A-92 towards Seville until you get to Antequera. Then turn off onto the A-382 as far as Campillos and then take the A-357 which joins the A-367 towards Ronda..
From Ronda go along the A-376 until you get to the Benaoján road along the MA-555, carrying on until you get to Montejaque
From Seville:
Take the A-376 towards Utrera until you get to Puerto Serrano, continue towards Ronda until you pass the Grazalema crossroads and then further on you come to the junction on the right, go along the MA-505, as far as Montejaque
From Jerez:
Take the A-382 towards Arcos de la Frontera, pass the Grazalema junction and turn off on the right along the MA-505 as far as Montejaque
By Train
The train route between Madrid-Bobadilla-Algeciras, as far as the Benaoján-Montejaque station. From here it is about 6 km to the Cortijo Fuente Marchal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our comfortable, well-equipped apartment at Cortijo Fuente Marchal in a peaceful scenic location withing easy walking distance of shops, banks, bars etc in Montejaque village. Christina and Miguel are very pleasant and helpful hosts. This is a great base for exploring the Serrania de Ronda and Sierra de Grazalema..
Definitely a place to return to!!
This is excellent accomodation in a spectacular setting.. The apartments are attractive, well equipped and very comfortable.. The outside areas are beautiful and the swimming pool is superb, the owners are friendly and very helpful.. Altogether this is an amazing place to be, we didn´t want to leave.

Wir, zwei Ehepaare aus Deutschland, haben 4 Tage hier verbracht und waren hundertprozentig zufrieden. Die Wohnungen und Außenanlagen sind perfekt ausgestattet,bis ins Detail durchdacht, und wenn man noch einen zusätzlichen Wunsch hat, wird er von den freundlichen und fürsorglichen Eigentümern umgehend erfüllt. Alles, was da ist, funktioniert auch; der Swimmingpool heißt nicht nur so, sondern man kann darin auch richtig schwimmen; die Sauberkeit im Haus und im Außenbereich ist vorbildlich. Wir ha

Wir, das sind Martina u. Jürgen Zehetner, Beate u. Wilken Zimmermann aus Knittlingen, verbrachten hier schöne Tage. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl,App. mit guter Ausstattung ,sauber.Das Anwesen liegt ruhig und doch ortsnah.Guter Ausgangspunkt, die Gegend zu erkunden und Ausflüge zu machen.(Ronda,Marbella, Jerez,Arcos u.s.w. Wir kommen aus Deutschland BW 75438 Knittlingen und sind zum zweiten mal in diese schönen Anlage wir sind
herzlich empfangen worden und haben keinen Grund für
