A stone and beam building, in a shaded garden, where you can relax around the heated swimming pool (from May to October). The chef will allow you to discover a range of local specialities (Chaource cheese, Troyes Andouillettes - chitterling sausage).. AWine and Champagne lovers will also find what they are looking for.

15km from the A5 motorway, exit n°22. Take the N71 towards Bar-sur-Seine, then the N71 towards Dijon for 4km.. Turn right signposted "Les Riceys", 10km on the road to Tonnerre.
