Arriving from Paris: ABy road: Via the "Océane" motorway Chartres-le Mans- Rennes - direction St Brieuc-Lamballe, exit at Côte de Penthièvre, direction Cap Fréhel (approximately 4 hours). ABy train - line Paris-Brest (TGV) stop at Lamballe + continue by hired car or taxi (approximately 3 hours). ABy plane: Paris - Dinard (30km from Sables d´Or).
