One of the apartments, called Casa Gran, is designed to house 6 people. The distribution of the old house has been kept, simply adapting the spaces for greater comfort.. There is a modern equipped living room in which to relax in comfort, with sofas, centre table, satellite TV, rocking chairs and carpets, decorated in the property’s own rustic style.. There is also a spacious and comfortable dining room.. The kitchen is fitted out with every modern appliance (ceramic hobs, grill-oven, microwave, large capacity fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) and a large table. In addition to all these conveniences, the kitchen also has a fireplace which gives it a rustic Mallorcan touch.
The other apartment is known as Casa Petita and houses 4-6 people. The walls of this apartment are part of the property’s original building.. It is divided into 3 levels, since the original layout has been completely retained. On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room decorated in rustic Mallorcan style, with sofas, centre table, satellite TV, carpets and two dining tables. Next to this room is the kitchen, also fully fitted out with a table and a wide range of appliances. The first floor has a bedroom with exposed wood beams, and next to this, a bathroom with bath.. Climbing the stairs which originally led to a granary, we come to the most enchanting floor, since this all occupies the loft space. The layout is very straightforward, a double bedroom, a study with 2 beds and a bathroom, all equipped with the most modern conveniences, yet perfectly balanced between luxury and rustic Mallorcan simplicity.
Both apartments have heating. Each house also has a private barbecue. There are 2 baby’s cots and 2 mini cots, together with baby chairs.. Trips can be organised if the guests so desire.. Guests will have the use of 4 adult bicycles and 1 child’s bicycle completely free of charge. Each apartment has its own private terrace with teak furnishings. In addition to all these conveniences, guests will be able to enjoy completely excusive use of a private swimming pool equipped with sun-loungers and sunshades. Sports lovers can enjoy themselves hiking in the area around the farm.
If so requested by guests, and with advance notice, meals of all kinds – breakfasts, lunches and evening meals - will be provided. The farm has its own vegetable garden which will provide products that are in season.

The old Es Rafalet houses, dating from the 18th century, are located on the eastern side of the island, between Manacor and the beaches of Son Serra de la Marina.
Situated on a small hill overlooking a valley with a wonderful landscape, this family farm setting gives the houses a typical Mediterranean flavour. The property is set in a large 110 hectare estate.. The land has always been farmed, and the property has plots set aside for sheep rearing, almond, carob and olive trees, etc.. In addition, remains of a Talayotic village can be enjoyed nearby.
Ses Cases d’ Es Rafalet, due to its geographical situation, its peaceful setting and comfort, is a favourite spot for lovers of nature and tranquillity.
The beauty and simplicity of its countryside setting means one can enjoy a spot which is characteristic and typical of the heart of the island.

hemos pasado una Semana Santa increible, son muy hospitalarios, y el sitio es precioso.
Una anecdota es que, tenemos un hijo de cuatro años, y le gusta mucho ir en bicicleta ahora que ha aprendido, los dueños se fueron a comprar un bicicleta para peques, increible!!!! son muy atentos el parque infantil es ideal para los niños. creemos que es un sitio fantastico para familias.
A parte de ser un lugar maravilloso, por sus vistas, por la tranquilidad que se respira, por sus actividades... lo mejor fue el trato q recibimos y la atención y el cuidado que tienen en todo, sin dudarlo volvere y recomiendo a todo el mundo que vaya sin pensarlo dos veces, vayan que no se arrepentirán!!!!

he pasado 15 dias estupendos con mi marido y unos amigos. Es un sitio precioso y ademas el trato es excelente.
Es lo mejor para relajarse, olvidarse de todo y pasar unos momentos espectaculares. El agroturismo es impresionante, tiene bellisimos lugares para recorrer, las casas estan perfectamente preparadas para que no falte nada, y los propietarios son majisimos que te hacen sentir como en tu propia casa.

Hemos disfrutado de nuestras vacaciones en familia, es un lugar idoneo para ello. Los dueños son muy hospitalarios y las casa son mas bonitas de lo que parece en la foto. Nos llevamos un recuerdo muy bonito. Ya tenemos la reserva para el proximo año!!!! Os lo aconsejo!!!
