This house is located on the hillside of Saint Miguel's gully; as you can see in the photographs, it is outside the city centre, in a rural environment with views to the sea and the summits of the island..
It is at an altitude of 300 metres and surrounded by farming properties and livestock (goats, sheep ) It is between Valsequillo and Telde. It is 4 kilometres far from the nearest town, about 12 kilometres ( 10 minutes by car) far from the Telde beaches, 20 kilometres far from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria city, 18 kilometres far from the airport, 35 minutes far from the South beaches, 11 kilometre far from the Golf Course (in Telde); anyway, its privileged location lets it be both outside and near everywhere.
As it is located to the southeast and at a low altitude, you can enjoy an ideal temperature and a lot of sun during almost the whole year, what lets the visitor relish the enchantment of the country life.
There is a place into the house where you can find a lot of information about the different activities that can be practised. The fact of existing short distances lets the visitor enjoy all sort of activities: trekking, riding horses, camels, donkeys or bicycles, and any water, air or cultural activity (museums...).
The house has also a private car park. Furthermore, we may rent a car at the airport for you to have it at your arrival, if you want to.

pasamos el fin de semana de nuestro aniversario en la casa y realmente quedamos bastante satisfechos. Pudimos ir con nuestra perrita por lo que estamos profundamente agradecidos (hoy en día es bastante difícil salir de vacaciones con nuestros pequeños seres queridos). La casa es un remanso de paz y el spa, ideal. Creo que repetiremos la experiencia, y como no ayudaremos en las faenas agrícolas.

10 jours dans une maison confortable, avec une vue magnifique en pleine nature, un jacuzzi à 37°,les enfants ont adoré.
Ajouter un bon accueil, voilà une trés bonne adresse.
