These houses exist thanks to the restoration of the stables and implements room of the property, which is older than 300 years old; it is a 60.000 square metres land with vineyards and fruit trees in the middle of the volcano. They are three houses with modern comforts in the purest rural atmosphere of Lanzarote; each one of them has a garden, barbecue and solarium.. They are furnished with some old furniture of the property; their ceilings are of wood and the walls of exposed stone.. As they are in the geographical centre of the island, close to the Monumento al Campesino (monument of the farmer), the tourist centres and beaches are very near. It is a perfect place in case you look for peace and calmness.
Activities
It is an ideal place to practise trekking and participate in agricultural tasks and the quiet life of a small town in the island.
Interesting Places
Famara beach, 10 minutes away Puerto del Carmen (the port), 15 minutes away Costa Teguise Golf Course, 15 minutes away César Manrique's Foundation El Islote (the small island) is between the two oldest and emblematic wineries in Lanzarote: El Grifo and Mozaga, less than two kilometres away, so they can be reached just having a walk.
Once in the Monumento al Campesino, you go to the south in the roundabout, towards Uga and La Geria; the crossing to El Islote is to the right 1,9 km away; once here you have to turn to the right one more time and 0,6 km away is the entrance to the property. It is very easy, there is a big tree close to the house and three palm trees in the very entrance too. The small path among the palm trees and the first lamppost, which goes to the back of the property where the three houses are, has to be taken.

Somos una familia con dos hijos y hemos pasado unos días muy tranquilos y agradables. La casa está en mitad del campo alejada del jaleo turístico pero muy bien situada para recorrer toda la isla. Todo limpio y bien conservado, recomendable.
