Las Breveritas Rural Complex is a piece of land covering approximately 3,000 sq m, situated in one of the most picturesque areas of Icod de los Vinos in Tenerife (Canary Islands). Here, you will find three houses with their own private terraces, over 150 years old, which have been renovated preserving the pure traditional architecture of the Islands, without forgetting the features that ensure all the modern-day comforts.
Casa la Bodega: with a total surface area of 90 m2, is divided up into two floors, and is one of the most complete accommodations in the whole of the complex. The ground floor has a lounge-dining room with a fireplace and a kitchen, and then, on the first floor, we have a small sitting-room, a double room and a bathroom.
Casa los Pajeros: 2 rooms on one single 60 m2 floor which provides all the space you need for a relaxing stay on our Island. The kitchen and lounge/dining room share a comfortable area while the bedroom and the bathroom are both separate.
Casa los Perros: here, we have taken full advantage of an area of 45 m2. This part of La Breveritas offers an unbeatable setting for leisure and relaxation.. The accommodation includes a large area that combines the lounge, bedroom and the bathroom, all ingeniously separated.
Guests will be able to use the facilities available at the accommodation, such as the heated pool, the gardens and paths, reading areas, vegetable gardens, barbecues and a children´s play area.
All the houses overlook El Teide, the sea and the mountains. Terrace outdoor furniture: teak chairs and tables, parasols and loungers.

Accueil chaleureux et une excellente prestation. L´aménagement de la maison est parfait ; cuisine complète (cafetière, bouilloire, presse-fruits...), salon avec TV et lecteur DVD très appréciable, salle de douche récente avec sèche-cheveux et même des peignoirs!
La proximité immédiate de la piscine est un plaisir. L´implantation du chalet dans la finca donne un aspect de retrait par rapport aux autres trois autres habitations
qui amène calme et discrétion. Excellentes vacances!

Nosotros hemos estado en la casa "el almendro" 11 dias. Es una casa encantadora, perfecta para dos personas que buscan tranquilidad y romanticismo. No tiene grandes lujos pero se supone que es lo que unos busca en unas caa rural apartandose de los hoteles maxificados de turistas y las grandes ciudades. La casa es pequeñita pero para nosotros fue perfecta!! Hemos pasado unos dias inolvidables en una isla que es magica y que te engacha a ella desde el mismo dia que llegas.Es absolutamente necesari

He pasado unos dias en la finca y la estancia ha sido "del diez". Dispone de todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa y esta decorada con mucho gusto. Tiene el atractivo de la piscina, ideal para dias calurosos.. El estado de la limpieza es impecable.
Se lo recomiendo a todos los que desean pasar unos dias tranquilos y cómodos.

El sitio es privilegiado,de gran belleza y total tranquilidad. Mi novia y yo pasamos allí dos días increibles. Estuvimos en la casita de madera la cual es superacogedora y está decorada con un gusto exquisito. Uno de los detalles que más hay que destacar fue desde el principio la atención y amabilidad con la que nos trataron los dueños de la finca, Emilio y Corine. La casita donde nos alojamos y la finca en general son precioasas! Cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. Tranquilo, acogedor y con ambiente muy familiar gracias no sólo a su entorno y alojamiento si no al trato que dispensan sus dueños.. Lo recomendamos 100%!
