Situation:

The house includes 3 rooms (1 double + 1 twin + 1 double room in a studio); the latter is situated at the end of the garden and sleeps 2 people.
Inner patio and garden.
The main building has two floors with a staircase and corridor or a balcony to access the first floors, where we find two bedrooms and a complete bathroom. Both the floor and ceilings are made of wood and it has antique furniture which has been passed down from generation to generation, except for the necessary modern day purchases.
On the ground floor, we find the dining room and lounge, which are also furnished with family antiques that have been restored by the owners. The inner patio, the kitchen, and auxiliary room and another bathroom complete the ground floor.
The house has a total surface area of 300 m2, of which 120 m2 is useable space. The garden has around 50 m2 of lawns and an outdoor 50 m2 patio with terracotta tiles and a sheltered entrance that is around 15 m2 as well as an outdoor parking space for two vehicles.

Casa de la Gañanía is an old country house, situated on a country lane in the village of Los Realejos, in the north of the island of Tenerife. It is a typical large house that has been recently restored for Rural Tourism, and dates back over 100 years, with its inner patio and garden. The architectural style of the house is typical of the last century and the local country houses..
Los Realejos is set in the Orotava Valley and enjoys a mild and pleasant climate throughout the twelve months of the year. Even though Casa de La Gañanía is not right in the centre of the village, it is very close to all the necessary services such as supermarkets, restaurants, chemist’s, bakery, etc. Just a 10 minute drive from Puerto de la Cruz, where you can visit the beach, the Lago Martiánez artificial sea water lake, or go for a walk along the avenues and have a lovely meal in its many delightful restaurants.

Hemos estado unos días en Tenerife, alojados en esta bonita y acogedora casa. La situación de ésta era ideal para nosotros pues queríamos visitar,sobretodo,el Norte de la isla.Es un lugar muy tranquilo y sus dueños encantadores. La recomiendo
