Situated on the edge of a banana plantation. Spacious, communal terrace with garden space from which there are views of the sea, Tenerife and Teide. This house was originally one house with a small wine cellar.. It was converted into three living spaces, two of them large, with similar characteristics, and the smaller, the wine cellar, studio-type.
The three houses are very carefully set out with a combination of styles; always based on rustic decoration and furniture. The dedication given to the conservation of small details creates a profoundly tranquil atmosphere.. The patio-garden is the most important element in the exterior of the house, not only because of its wonderful views, but also because of the direct contact it offers us with the island agriculture, being, as it is, surrounded by banana plantations.. It also has an old wood burning oven that has been restored and is usable.

Thanks to its good situation near the sea, guests can practice such activities as walking and swimming.. Not very far away is Hermigua´s old harbour, where there is a natural swimming pool (summer time). A little further away is the footpath that leads to the beach of La Caleta, , El Moralito or the peaks of Montoro from which footpaths lead to San Sebastián de la Gomera.

La casa está muy bien situada con un jardín muy bonito y unas vistas preciosas, pero necesitaría que los dueños renovaran un poco algunos muebles viejos y estropeados (los colchones sobre todo, la ropa de cama, los muebles del dormitorio...) el baño es bastante incómodo porque es muy pequeño. Si la arreglaran estaría muy bien.
