A hundred year old house in traditional architecture, located in the north of the island with a view towards the ocean and to glory sundown's. The house has got complete renovated in 2000 with original construction material as wood and stones and has kept its traditional architecture..
It is located at the lower end of Guarazoca, 500 m above sea level but nevertheless direct to the main streets of the island. The rooms are constructed bountiful; the living room has a wooden floor and a wooden roof.. It is definitely made for a comfortable and quite stay.

The house is placed in Guarazoca, near by the vantage point Mirador de la Pena, build by the genius canary artist Cesar Manrique.. From there you have a marvellous perspective to the valley El Golfo. Next to vantage point Mirador de la Pena are the precipice of the Peña, a old trail goes into the Golfo. Nearby is the village Las Montanetas as well as Pozo de Las Calcosas at the coast.
