This little and cosy rural villa in Ibiza was constructed in the year 1960 and covers a surface of 25.680 m2. It has 4 suites, 2 Sup. Suites and 1 double room (two beds). Each room is carefully decorated, has got the name of a bird of prey and takes the personality of each bird. They are all spacious and comfortable rooms, with bathroom, whirlpool bath, TV, cold and hot air conditioning, telephone and minibar, all which help the guest to have a rest and relax.. This villa has a big swimming-pool surrounded by green areas where guests can feel nature and enjoy lying down the sun or watching the stars...
The property has been totally reformed keeping its original architecture and is situated at 15 minutes walk from the little village of Santa Eulalia del Río.. Up from there it is easy to get to different natural coves, beautiful beaches, lost corners which continue to be interesting places by the sea.
Visitors will awake hearing the sound of different birds flying over Can Parramatta, with the smell of the surrounding trees such as olive, almond, lemon, orange and fresh lavender... and will find out themselves involved in the typical countryside scent of Ibiza.

Realmente espectacular lo que los hermanos Garate han conseguido con tanto esfuerzo y tesón.
Un lugar que invita a la meditación,a la reflexión,con mucha fuerza con mucha luz.
Se nota el mimo y el gusto por lo natural,por la decoración sin estridencias.
Y los desayunos...Mamma mia!!
Sabeis que nos encanto y que esperamos ingresar en esa lista de asiduos y fieles.

Es perfecto para huir de todo lo que te preocupa en tu ciudad para ir con la familia. El emplazamiento es perfecto, con ese algo que no puedes explicar pero que te atrapa nada más llegar. La arquitectura es respetuosa con las tradiones de Ibiza, con un blanco que recordarás siempre que oigas el nombre de la casa. Es como en la foto, y con el cariño de las dos personas que llevan la casa.

Gracias Adriana por estos días maravillosos que hemos pasado. Has trabajado mucho para crear un lugar digno de llamarse Edén y lo has conseguido. Es fantástico, te permite conocer el lado bueno de la isla. Es muy tranquilo, romántico... Adriana es un encanto y Peka, Hans y la pequeña cachorrito te hacen sentir como en casa.
Sólo he echado de menos alguna cena allí, pues sólo hay servicio de desayuno. Pero en general es fantástico. Un beso Adriana!!! Repetiremos!
