LA CASUCHA is a typical Valencian house dating back to the end of the 18th century and set in the old part of Algimia de Alfara. It has a ceramic panel (the history of Cristo Sumacarcer) which is of great interest in the history of Valencian pottery.
La Casucha I: The house has been restored to offer all the modern day comforts: three rooms sleeping 5 people (a double room, a twin room and a single room) A bathroom with a hydrotherapy and aromatherapy bath. A large lounge and reading area.
La Casucha II: The house has been restored to offer all the modern day comforts three rooms, sleeping 6 people (a double room and two twin rooms), all gabled with wooden ceilings. A bathroom with a hydrotherapy and aromatherapy bath. A large lounge and reading area.

Hiking (with or without a guide) around the different signposted routes to be found in our region
Cycling (Mountain-bike): along the old railway line "ojos negros" which takes us as far as Aragon and has been prepared as a Green route (famous for its scenery)
Climbing in the different mountains of the area
Water sports in Escuela Mar i Vent in the Port of Sagunto. Hiring of jet skis, etc, 15 minutes away at the beach in Sagunto
Jeep rides. Enjoy a guided tour around some of the emblematic places of our surrounding area

Hemos pasado un fin de semana increible.La casa es bastante acogedora, muy bien equipada y el jacuzzi fenomenal.Ademas el entorno es precioso asi que si podéis, haced en bici algunos kms. de las vias verdes porque no tienen desperdicio;incluso nos bañamos en un riachuelo cerca de la casa.Hay muchas cosas que ver por los alrededores. Seguro que volvemos. Desde aqui queremos dar las gracias a Laura y su madre por las atenciones.
Una estancia totalmente recomendable.

Hemos pasado el fin de semana en la Casucha I.Ha sido genial.La casa es preciosa y muy acojedora. Esta decorada con estilo rustico, con mucho gusto. Laura y Pepita son muy amables y cuidan todo lujo de detalles: encendieron la estufa para que la casa estuviera caliente al llegar, nos dejaron leña, el desayuno, y champan y bombones de bienvenida. Y el remate final es la bañera hidromasaje, ¡una gozada! Hemos vuelto relajadísimos. Nos ha encantado. Volveremos pronto, seguro!
Hemos pasado el fin de semana del 14 al 16 de diciembre en las casuchas II, y tenemos que decir que ha sido una gran estancia, increible...El detalle de bienvenida sento de lujo, el desayuno nos vino perfecto y el Jacuzzi ya fue sensacional.
La decoracion navideña nos sorprendió muchisimo asi como la amplitud del salon y el toque rustico en cada estancia...
Nos recibieron ya con la casa calentita, y gozamos de libertad en todo momento.

El trato al llegar fue muy cordial y atento. La casa nos gustó mucho en la decoración y detalles, realmente bonita, aunque se va notando el deterioro por el paso de los huéspedes. No pudimos llenar el Jacuzzi con el grifo de la bañera porque no estaba y tuvimos que hacerlo con palanganas de agua. La aromaterapia no sabíamos ni lo que era ni parecía funcionar. Mi marido se quémó con el pomo de la chimenea que no llevaba ningún tipo de protección ni cartel alguno que lo avisara. El DVD llevaba un

Hemos pasado un par de días y desde luego hemos venido encantados. La casa es espectacular y el trato recibido por Laura también, los detalles magníficos y la gente del pueblo muy agradables. Se nota cómo Laura se preocupa para que estemos como en nuestra propia casa. El jacuzzi magnífico, no dudéis en probarlo. Los paseos entre los naranjos oliendo a azahar de ensueño.
Gracias a Laura y a Algimia de Alfara por acogernos tan bien.
Volveremos.
