La Solana del Abuelo is a country house placed in an old house made of wood and stone. It has all the today facilities and has maintain the authentic old town flavour.
Placed in Palacinos, small village annexed to Añover de Tormes, among oaks and small hills. This is a strategic place in the northeast of the region Salamanca from where you can visit Salamanca city (32 km), Zamora (40 km), walk across the natural park of arrives del Duero and enjoy Ledesma and its area.
La Solana del Abuelo has three bedrooms (all ensuite), living room, dinning room, kitchen and private courtyard. Its big wooden doors let you go inside the private courtyard of 200 km2 that let you share good moments full of peace. Barbecue, coal, bicycles, and other different games (rackets, bull’s-eye)
El Cernidero or living room of the house is the ideal place to enjoy the time you spend with your family or friends. Tv, books, magazines, games and tourist information. El Hogar is the cosy dinning room where you can spend long happy moments. The old pantry is today a nice kitchen well equipped.. Fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwaves, toaster, squeezer, mixer, coffee maker, dinner service and kitchen ware.
La Sala de los Abuelos is the double room ensuite with the possibility of an extra-bed. La Alcoba is a double room ensuite. Las Paneras is the double room ensuite. Sheets and blankets, towels, hair dryer and iron.
Nowadays this country house offers the privilege of sharing a traditional way of life and allow us to enjoy the authenticity in an unforgettable rural tourism experience. We offer you the possibility of visiting our smallholding where we breed lambs, calves and you can come with us to feed the cattle.

Pues eso, que la casa es extraordinaria, limpia, cómoda, confortable, tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar y más. ¡Qué cortos pueden llegar a ser 4 días!. No tiene ningún defecto y tiene la mayor de las virtudes, las personas. Gracias por todo a Ana, Pepe y a sus padres.
estuvimos un grupo de amigos en enero la casa es tranquila bonita bien cuidada impresionante para relajarse y pasar unos dias de lo mas relajante.Muchas gracias a Ana y Pepe asi como a los abuelos por esa cata de matanza y huevos de verdad.Me encanto. Gracias
Tanto la casa como el trato, genial.. El pueblo es típico pueblo de piedra con 5 habitantes... muy tranquilo y bonito.
PD: Anoten las indicaciones que se les vaya dando para llegar a la casa! Luego les serán útiles para regresar a ella!! Dos horas tardamos nosotros en volver a encontrar la casa!
Cette maison est mervelleuse, nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. Un grand merci a Pepe y Anna por leur accueil si chaleureux. Vraiment c ést a recomander .
Hemos pasado un fin de semana en La Solana del Abuelo y los recordaremos como unos días muy felices.
Volveremos para más días, porque merece la pena disfrutar de la casa, para que los niños puedas ir a dar de comer a las vacas con Heliodoro o a coger los huevos de las gallinas con Amparo...y una barbacoita en el corral.
Dar recuerdos a toda la gente de Palacinos que fueron muy hospitalarios con nosotros y muchas gracias por todo.
