My wife and I, after an extensive experience in the tourist sector, created in 1998 a company dedicated to Casa Rurales (rural homes), which we manage personally. The homes that we rent are owned by us and are available 12 months a year.. For your information, we speak English and Spanish.
When we created our company, we thought of those people who are perceived to be
"Travellers who are interested in getting to know other cultures, different landscapes and customs, and who respect and tolerate the natives of a country.
People who look for an authentic location in an area of natural surroundings, with accommodations finished according to the popular architecture of the area, with comfortable and welcoming decoration, a high level of cleanliness and with personal attention that is both friendly and professional.
We are registered in the Mercantile of Málaga (Spain) under number CIF B/92014828. Volume 2219/ Book 1132/ Page 153/ Section B, as well as the Register of Tourist Establishments governed by the Council of Tourism and Sports of Andalusia with numbers 00042, 43, 87 and 88. We are members of the Association of Hotel Owners of Málaga Province & Costa del Sol (AEHCOS).
The Cortijo Lagar de Luisa is a set of four connected houses, but each with its own independent entrance : each house has its own terrace and privacy. The Andalusian farmhouse is a new construction, but in the old traditional style and totally integrated into the surrounding area.. The walls are 40 centimetres thick, the ceilings are sloped with wooden beams and boarding or bamboo.. The floors are made of clay or wood and the decoration is very rustic, comfortable and friendly.. It is equipped with the maximum quality and offers a high level of comfort.
The houses have a large lounge with a kitchenette, a spacious independent bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. There is air conditioning and a cast iron fireplace.. The 7 x 3 metre swimming pool is open from April to October.
The Andalusian farmhouse is located on 10,000 square metres of land, partly cultivated with avocados and some olive and almond trees, situated in a valley overlooking the mountains and vineyards. A very peaceful place, 2 km from El Borge and 20 minutes from the sea.

Excursions: visits to the White Villages of La Axarquía and the monumental cities of Andalusia
From Malaga airport, follow the motorway “Mediterráneo” (N-340, E-15), towards Motril-Almería.
Take the exit at Rincón de la Victoria.
Then, follow the road to Benagalbón, Moclinejo, Almachar and El Borge.
Without going into the village, carry on along the same road towards Cutar for another 1,800 metres. On the left you will see a sign for "Cortijo Lagar de Luisa".

Los dueños de El Lagar de Luisa, Juan Antonio Y Traute, son profesionales del turismo con gran experiencia, y se nota. Ofrecen un servicio de gran calidad: casas acogedoras, límpias, bien decoradas,cuidadas al detalle...
Pero por si fuera poco son una pareja entrañable, cariñosa, que se nota que les gusta el oficio y hacen que te sientas como en casa ó mejor. El entorno acompaña:andalucía pura, silencio, aguacates, olivos,... y muy cerca del mar. En definitiva ¡una delicia!. Más que recomenda

Nos ha encantado, tanto la casa, como el lugar, como el trato recibido de Traute, Juan Antonio y su hijo. Hemos estado 6 noches con nuestros mellizos (Adrián y Marcos) y nos hemos sentido como en casa, no faltaba de nada y la amabilidad y la preocupación por nuestras necesidades eran constantes. La casa tenía de todo, menos televisión (pero creo que es fundamental para relajarse y olvidarse de lo cotidiano), nos proporcionaron cunas, ropa para las cunas, bañera para los niños, juguetes, aceite,

Estuvimos dos semanas en El borge, una en El Riconcillo, casa en el pueblo mismo y la segunda semana en el cortijo lagar de Luisa. Las dos casas son muy agradables, muy bien equipadas y adornadas con un gusto muy seguro. La casa en el Lagar de Luisa es particularmente recomendable pues se vive en plena naturaleza y en la terraza se puede tomar el sol o disfrutar de la sombra de un limonero. Los dueños Traute y Juan Antonio nos acogieron de maravilla.
Un lugar inolvidable !
