There are five independent rooms, each one with a bathroom, central heating and air-conditioning, and a chimney.
There are also cooking facilities in two of these rooms.
The distribution of rooms, entries and common facilities allows the house to be shared or enjoyed independently.
An Arabic oven and a barbeque are expected to be installed shortly in the central patio connecting the premises.

Before the present house was finished, this building used to be a textile and gift shop, and before 1940 it was a tenement block and a large wine cellar (during its renovation several large earthenware jars have been found).
The reconstruction of the present house has carefully followed the architecture of the original construction so that the strong and decorative pillars as well as the dressed limestone walls have been kept. For the decoration traditional furniture and accessories have been used, and materials from the area (such as wood or iron) predominate. You will find old tools, original toilet equipment made from venison horns or horse shoes, wooden beams, old doors, earthenware vessels, originally recycled lamps, and many more.
In this house tradition and modern technology live together. Hot water is generated by sun energy. Disabled people and babies are welcome as facilities are provided to satisfy their needs.
Baños de la Encina is a peaceful, lovely and surprising village located in the Spanish province of Jaen, just 6 Km. away from the main highway connecting Andalucia and Madrid (Highway A4, exit road number 288).

Hemos estado el fin de semana pasado, es estupenda. muy original las lámparas con cuernos de venado, desconocía que estos animales cambian los cuernos todos los años. El pueblo precioso, es increible y tan cerca de Madrid, la casa tiene de todo y la dueña es muy simpática, hace incluso de guía turistico y lo hace muy bién, un sitio encantador volveremos

Baños de la encina es un pueblo precioso con un castillo impresionante pero la casa bueno( cogimos un estudio para dos personas):

El alojamiento está francamente muy bien, ya que está enclavada en el centro del pueblo y es muy tranquilo. Yo tuve un apartamento precioso que contaba con un patio fenomenal, en el cual hacíamos la vida mi familia. Con respecto al personal encargado de la casa, mi experiencia ha sido indescriptible, ya que desde el primer momento contactamos muy bien y su trato ha sido poco menos que el dado a un familiar muy querido.
