The house has 5 double rooms with bathrooms and the possibility of having a spare bed. On the ground floor, you can see the lounge dining room with fireplace. In the town square, there are several grill rooms where you can eat the typical meals of this area.

Traditional house of the end of the 18th century; it has been recently restored and decorated with touches in the rural manner.. All the necessary comfort to enjoy a pleasant stay has been kept. It is located in the rural centre of Aia (350 inhabitants); this town is surrounded by the Pagoeta Nature Reserve and is close to the Zarautz and Orio beaches(10 km away). These two towns are located just 20 minutes far from Donostia/ San Sebastian and 60 minutes far from Bilbo/Bilbao and Biarritz

Preciosa casa en lugar privilegiado. Pasamos tres días magnificos, disfrutando de la playa y de la naturaleza dentro del Parque Natural de Pagoeta, con su extraordinaria vegetación. En un entorno privilegiado.
La casa está genial, en el centro del pueblo de Aia, y sus propietarios encantadores. Gracias.

Llegamos desde Valencia para pasar cuatro días, lo prolongamos hasta siete días por que no podia ser mas, la casa es perfecta, el lugar perfecto los dueños perfectos, por cierto Josermari, la sidreria Aguinaga acojonante sigo soñando con los chuletones y la sidra. GRACIAS POR TODO

Fuimos una familia completa de Madrid a esta casa, y hemos salido maravillados. Del pueblo y su entorno, de la cercanía a todas la poblaciones, de la misma casa donde por mucho que leas "grande y espaciosa" te asombras al comprobarlo, y por último de Garbiñe y Jose, donde informan, y se ocupan de que tu estancia sea perfecta de un modo exquisito. Gracias a las opiniones anteriores nos decidimos por esta casa, y desde aquí, queremos añadir algo nuevo... si teneis dudas al elegir una casa, hacerlo

La casa és perfecta, còmoda, àmplia i acollidora. Te la fas teva ràpidament.. El poble d´Aia té gust i olor de basc, hi ha una mica de tot i els voltants són perfectes per pasejar, anar en bici i trobar bons restaurants. L´oferta de turisme cultural són de molta qualitat. Les nits són fresques i algunes força engrescades per les festes d´estiu. El paisatge té "tots els colors del verd" i
