Until recently Casa Sol y Aire has been functioning as a luxury bed and breakfast. It is now available to rent as a wonderful holiday home.
Sol y Aire is located in Pinos del Valle in the southern part of the Lecrin valley – an attractive village with good road access and fantastic views over the Beznar lake and to the mountains beyond.
The house is entered through a Moorish courtyard into a large, well equipped country style kitchen/ dining room. Leading off from here is an en-suite double bedroom and outside is the swimming pool and the side patio.
On the first floor is a large living room with a balcony and an open fireplace. There is plenty of seating and it is equipped with satellite TV, DVD/video and a stereo.
The bedrooms on this floor are divided into a double with an en-suite bathroom and along a private corridor sharing a bathroom is another double bedroom and a twin.
The large roof terrace is partially covered for shade and has a built in BBQ, fridge for cold drinks, table and chairs, sun loungers, and gorgeous views
Sol y Aire has central heating and fans in all the bedrooms making it a perfect holiday home for all seasons.
