The house is situated in the old part of the village, next to the mountain slopes.. It is a large 18th Century house, which has been restored and decorated with exquisite taste so that the visitor can enjoy a relaxing stay. The accommodation has been rated by the Extremadura Tourist Board with the maximum category: TRES ENCINAS (three holm oaks).
Navalvillar de Pela, is a typical village of the Extremadura Siberia, surrounded by nine reservoirs where you can do all kinds of water sports like swimming, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, boat trips, etc.
From "La Lozana" you can go horse riding through the Pela mountain range (which has been declared as a ZEPA area, Special Bird Protection Area). These routes, which run from June onwards, are made by night, with a dinner in the Pela mountain range.
You will be able to observe the wide variety of bird life in the area, especially the Griffon Vulture, storks, eagles, the abutarda ducks and one of the largest flocks of cranes in Extremadura.
We have some fantastic routes for trekking.
Given its location, you can go on numerous routes around the reservoirs and castles and visit Trujillo, Guadalupe, Mérida etc.

descubrimos ese fin de semana dos cosas: una Extremadura verde, rica y una casa donde nos sentimos como en la nuestra, un trato familiar y acogedor. merece la pena volver por ambas cosas.
Hemos estado este puente de mayo en la casa rural la lozana, hemos ido al embalse a pescar por lo que no hemos pasado mucho tiempo en la casa, pero lo poco que hemos estado nos ha dejado fascinados!!! una casa preciosa, el sitio tranquilo, muy limpio y el trato excepcional. Y que decir de los desayunos...nosotros lo tenemos muy claro: VOLVEREMOS. Muchas gracias!!!!

Un trato cercano y agradable el de su dueña Paquina.Todo detalles.La casa es preciosa.Si quieres disfrutar de los paseos, rutas en bici y de la avifauna de la zona no dejes de venir.Los desayunos son inigualables y la habitaciones decoradas con mucho gusto.

Relajante,sosegada,paz y varios calificativos mas le pondría a esta casa tan maravillosa,Paquina transmite eso que hoy en dia nos falta a muchas personas "sosiego",las habitaciones muy limpias y acogedoras y el desayuno encantador con tu musica relajante,la gente extremeña maravillosa y los paisajes con su avifauna de paraiso, en resumen volveremos.

La casa es preciosa, con una terraza adornada con mucho gusto y ,muy bien cuidada. Las habitaciones son super amplias y muy limpio todo.
Vale la
pena ir a visitar Mérida, y los pueblecitos de alrededor y por la tarde darse un baño en la piscina de la casa.
Paquina y su marido son muy acogedores y ella es muy buena cocinera.
Estoy de acuerdo en que la casa es mucho
más bonita que en las fotos.
