- In the first floor there is also a ustic yard.
The rural house also has two barbecues. If you forewarn the owner, we can have the best beef of the "Avileñanegra" Iberian breed, although the "chuletón" of Ávila, to cook with the babecues.

The rural houses The oak groves are composed of three new houseswith a rustic style, a façacde in wood and stones covered with moss.. Only situated three kilometers (1.8 miles) of Ávila, the houses offer a very good viewpoint over the ton walls. Each accommodation has two flats, with a rustic style, and is very well-kept (curtaisn come from India).
The first floor is composed of a living room, cooking facilities, toilets and a bedroom with a double bed. The second floor offers bedrooms and bathrooms.. Also in each rural house there is a yad and a barbecue. The three accommodations have the same specifications.
Situated in a small village with 300 inhabitants, these rural houses have a backdrop of a medieval town, because from the houses it is possible to see the splendid town of Ávila, wich is more impressive by night when the wall is lit by the floodlights. Moreover, only three kilometers, (1.8 miles) separate the rural houses from the "tapas" bars and restaurants in the fortified town. The rural houses can be rent together or separately.
Activities
The Naturávila complex is a three kilometers of the Oak Groves rural houses. It is possible to practise here:

- Archery
- Swimming
Moreover, it is possible to practise other activities if you make reservations:

- Bike
- Paintball
- Pony treek in Ávila and in the Gredos mountain
The rural houses are situated at three kilometers (1.8 miles) of the Aixa-Galiana discotheque, wich is the biggest in Spain because it can receive more than 4000 people. The auto-taxi service es open 24/24 h to go to Ávila or to the discotheque.
Interesting Places
Narrillos de San Leonardo: This village is three kilometers (1.8 miles) from Ávila and has a very good viewpoint over the town walls. Moreover, it is only five kilometers (3.10 miles) from the celt castrum of the Cogotas and the lake of the same name.
Ávila, three kilometers: historic town center, fortified town with its walls. Bar with "tapas" (a short of nibbles) and restaurants. Castilian Gastronomy. The celt castrum of Cardeñosa, Chamartin and Solosancho.

Sin ninguna duda una casa bastante bien adecuada para pasar un fin de semana, Totalmente equipada, muy limpio, ubicada en un sitio muy tranquilo y cerca y muy cerca de avila. Ideal para grandes grupos de personas.
En general un acondicionamiento y trato excelentes.
Eramos 4 familias (16 pax) de Burriana (Castellon) y nos apañamos bien del 11 al 20/8 en las dos de 8 (tener en cuenta que los dos patios estan juntos por si solo se alquila una). Miguel Angel nos trato fenomenal (un 10), muy buena la carne que recomienda asi como conseguirnos para los niños poder ordeñar vacas (algunas pasan por delante de casa durante el dia). A mejorar un poco la limpieza a fondo (eso dicen las mujeres) pero excepto lavaplatos la casa tiene de todo. Recomendaciones: a bañarse

estupendo y maravillosas, el trato con el dueño exquisito, genial para pasar una semana, cerca de todo, y el pueblo encantador para estar tranquilo y descansar. Volveremos
hemos estado unos dias la casa, es muy acogedora y da mejor impresion al verla fisicamente el pueblo es muy tranquilo y agradable,y la gente es encantadora,el propietario es muy atento y nos recomendo de todo.

Hemos pasado el mejor fin de semana posible, para un grupo de 18 personas y es cierto que lo bonito y barato, dos veces bueno. Las casas están en perfecto estado, el dueño una bellísima persona y sobre todo la tranquilidad del pueblo.Desde luego un sitio para recomendar y volver a visitar. Miguel Angel muchas gracias, hasta pronto. Nosotros fuimos a la casa rural a pasar un viaje de fin de carrera y nos lo pasamos fenomenal, pues a la hora de la comida nos juntamos 25 personas.
