The Alba is a country hotel of modern construction.. We have ten double
rooms, two of them with french style beds. All are equipped with air
conditioning and heating, ensuite bathroom and television. We are situated on the border of the Cabo de gata - Nijar natural park, in the small village of Los Albaricoques, in which many of the "Spaghetti westerns have been made. Among them Sergio Leone´s
"A fistful of dollars", "For a few dollars more" and "The good, the bad and
the ugly" starring actors such as Clint Eastwood, Lee Van Cleef and Gian Mª Volante.
Just three kilometres from Los Albaricoques can be found "Cortijo del
Fraile" the site of the tragic true story which inspired Federico García
Lorca to write his famous drama "Bodas de Sangre" (Blood wedding).
We can offer guided visits to all of these places and in the evenings films
and documentaries including previously unseen material are available for
viewing.
Our Restaurant is available with specialities of the region, dishes like Trigo, Gachas, Migas and Gurullos etc. We also offer a barbacue and a daily menu.

Excelente atención por parte de D. Manuel y sus empleados, habitaciones en perfecto estado, tanto de acondicionamiento, como de limpieza, y la localización muy buena para poder visitar los alrededores.

Inmejorable relación calidad/precio. El dueño es muy amable, profesional. Son generosos. El lugar está muy limpio y puesto al día. La localización del pueblo es casi el centro neurálgico de la comarca. Ideal para visitar la costa del parque y la zona interior. Altamente recomendable.
