The Rural Villa Lleus is a rustic ancien house, that preserving its original structure, has been restored nowdays as a rural accommodation.. It is located in Lleus´s area, belonging to a village of Alicante called Benissa. Placed only to 6 kms. far from the coastal village of Calpe and from its beaches, the Villa Lleus offers to the traveler the option of enjoyment with the sea or mountain.
Located near Oltá´s Montain Rage, it offers a magnificent panoramic view to the montain and to the field. It has a plot of approximately 10.000 m2, 2.000 m2 of which they are surrounded, and the villa has approximately 160 m2 inhabitable.
Downstairs consists of kitchen, lounge - dining room with TV and woodstove, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower
Upstairs there are one bedroom with twin-beds, another youthful bedroom with 2 single-beds and the last bedroom with a double bed ,and a wide bathroom with shower
In the exterior we find:
A swimming pool of 10 X 5 m.. with an artificial waterfall

Tanto la casa como la barbacoa, piscina y zona de juegos para los niños muy bien.
Lástima la cercanía de la autopista que deja sentir el tráfico rodado cercano.Menaje justo. Faltaba jabón en baños, detergente para lavavajillas y sustitución de varias bombillas fundidas.

Es un alojamiento perfecto, muy tranquilo, quizá falta mejorar el tema de sartenes y demás, pero un sitio muy tranquilo, y recomendable.
