Casa Rural El Hondón has an entrance (10.38 m2) and a corridor with a firewood heater (25.8 m2), used as a games room for children and adults, as well as workshops on the traditional crafts of the area (pottery, wickerwork, fragrances, liqueurs and jams).
From this room we reach an interior patio, (7.98 m2) equipped with garden furniture. This garden leads into the accommodation which has the following rooms :
GROUND FLOOR :
- Lounge (16.44 m2) with a fireplace, TV, two sofas, a rocking chair and antique chairs.
- Kitchen dining room, separated from the lounge by a stone archway (14m2), with a cooking hob, dishwasher, a table seating 12 people, chairs and fridge.
- Larder (2.92m2), with all the utensils of the house.
- Laundry room (2.76m2), with a washing machine, cupboards with cleaning products and first-aid kit.
- WC (3.48m2).
FIRST FLOOR :
- Room 1 (7 m2), with a double bed, bedside table, wall-to-wall wardrobe and a chair.
- Room 2 (12.60 m2), with twin beds, bedside table, wall-to-wall wardrobe and a chair.
- Bathroom (4m2), with a wash basin, toilet and shower.
- From this floor,we reach one of the terraces, which is sunny all year round and has a total of 57m2.
SECOND-FLOOR (gabled and with wooden floors):
- Room 3 (7m2), with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a chair.
- Room 4 (13 m2), with twin beds, bedside table and a chair.
- Bathroom (4m2), with a bath, wash basin and toilet.
The whole house has central heating .
The house also has
a courtyard with chickens , which can be accessed from the patio.

Casa Rural El Hondón is situated in the historical centre of Chinchilla de Montearagón. The village has a population of 2,500 and is 15 km away from the city of Albacete, on the A-31 motorway, between Alicante and Valencia..
It stands out for being typical of the Mancha villages, very flat and at 897 above sea level.
There are a large number of interesting architectural sites, given that the area has witnessed three different cultures in its time, Christian, Jewish (the house is located in the Jewish quarters) and Moorish.

el alojamiento es correcto y acorde con su precio. No obstante creo que es un poco estricto y sin opción a negociacion el horario de salida ya que tienes que salir a las 4 de la casa. Me parece que puede ser lógico y correcto pero no me había pasado nunca en ninguna otra casa rural

Chinchilla es un lugar ideal para pasar una semana tranquila y además esta muy cerca de albacete capital.La casa es amplia y acogedora y su dueña muy amable. El único inconveniente es que tiene muchas escaleras para ir con niños muy pequeños, en todo lo demás estupenda.

La casa es grande, eramos 8 y en la casa muy bien, salvo que las motos era imposible aparcarlas en la casa a pesar de que en principio se nos hizo contar con ello. Hizo un poco frio, y si no es por la chimenea en la planta baja nos hubieramos helado, pero en las habitaciones fresco, falla que hay que poner mas calefaccion.
Hola yo estuve en la casa, en febrero del 2006 creo que fue por que era por mi cumple, la casa es estupenda una pasada , todo limpio y la propietaria muy maja, pero la verdad pasamos algo de frio, si no llega a ser por la chimenea , nos quedamos helados alli, por que ademas ese fin de semana habia nevado un montón, pero en general no le falta detalle alguno.

La casa es una monada, llena de detalles, la terraza debe ser una gozada en primavera, incluso está preparada con zona para niños, con juegos, disfraces... pasamos un fin de semana para recordar. Manoli la dueña, fue muy amable con nosotros. Mis amigos y yo coincidimos en que es para repetir.
