The rural accommodations LOS CORTIJOS are situated in the surrounding area of Alcaraz, a strategic location set less than 60 km from Riopar, where we find the Source of the River Mundo, the Ruidera Lagoons and only a kilometre away from the Monumental city of Alcaraz and the unforgettable scenery, such as the Batanes only three kilometres away.
Less than two and a half hours from Madrid, Valencia or Alicante. The land is situated in the outskirts of the village, is quite isolated and has an easy access, enabling us to have a stroll down to the village..
In the rural houses the heating and fireplace will be the perfect solution and you will be able to put on your short sleeves even in the coldest of winters of the Alcaraz Mountains and if it is SUMMER, the thick walls and air conditioning provide a natural temperature that will free us from those hot sticky days, allowing us to sleep even
with a blanket.
The homes are totally independent from each other even though they are in one large house, each having its own entrance, kitchen, lounges, bathroom, with a hydrotherapy shower, and bedrooms. There is also the advantage that, given their distribution, and ONLY IF THE SAME GROUP OF PEOPLE NEED MORE THAN ONE, THEY ARE PRACTICALLY CONNECTED.. The only communal area is the garden, BARBECUE, children’s play area, etc.. As well as a social lounge (By prior booking)
First class homes, brand new.
Each house sleeps 4-5 people. The houses are connected, and can therefore be rented independently or by a group.

Buenos dias! Pues nosotros acabamos de pasar 3 días perfectos, cargando las pilas. Y qué mejor sitio que los cortijos! Nosotros ya es la 3ª vez que estamos y no será la última, ya que nos gusta mucho la zona y las casas, que tienen todo lujo de detalles. Eso sí, la madre de Ramón (el dueño) muy atenta. Ah! una cosilla, os están robando los juegos de mesa, abrí las cajas y estaban casi vacias!!
Esperamos vernos pronto, de todas formas sabéis donde encontrarnos para echar unas cervecitas.

Parecía dificil mejorarlo pero se ha mejorado,

Hace un mes deje mi opinión diciendo que era dificilmente mejorable la estancia en Los Cortijos. Me equivoqué. Este Puente de la Almudena hemos estado un grupo de amigos. Eramos 20 personas entre niños y adultos. De nuevo la acogida de Ramón y su familia extraordinaria. Hemos disfrutado del campo, del buen tiempo, de la buena comida. Este rincón es muy bueno para ir en familia pero aún mejor para ir en grupo. Dispones de todo el espacio para tí. El salón común te hace posible estar todos juntos
