A recently built house, situated in Lezama, in the Ayala Valley. Here, you will be able to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the large cities and at the same time be very close to these urban centres: Vitoria is 25 minutes away and Bilbao is also 25 minutes away (the Guggenheim, Palacio Euskalduna, Exhibition Centre).
Lezama (Alava), a rural setting with country houses scattered around and surrounded by forests that make it the ideal place for hiking, collecting wild fruits, mushroom collecting. It is very close to the nature reserves of Gorbea (20 minutes away) and Valderejo (30 minutes away), and other places of great beauty such as the Sierra Salvada, the source of the river Nervión, the Gujuli waterfall.
Casa Rural Usko lies on 10,000 m2 of land with oak and fruit trees. There are three double rooms with ensuite bathrooms, a lounge with a TV and a log fireplace, private parking facilities, a 12x7 swimming pool, a 36x18 tennis court and a garden with a barbecue.
Had a lovely time- lovely house and big rooms and use of garden and tennis court.Owner lives in other part of house - but not really there when we visited and had sole use of gargen etc. v relaxing location and beautiful
