La Caldera is beautifully located on the hills overlooking Las Palmas and the sea, and is a very peaceful place. The surrounding villages are far from the touristic areas, and offer a range of local restaurants and bars.. There are markets in nearby towns to enjoy the local specialities and prices... A truly enjoyable stay in a beautifully renovated old farm house with lots of space.. Summer nights in the terrace must be a wonderful experience, as now was having morning coffee on the 1st floor balcony seeing the sunrise and hearing the roosters wake the villages to the new morning. The house is well equipped, and the hosts are very kind and helpful.. We´ll be back with friends!
