Ca la Florinda, built at the beginnings of the 19th century, is situated in the center of Bellvei del Penedès, in the region of the Baix Penedès, at the national road N-340, about 60 km away from Barcelona and about 30 km away from Tarragona. It takes about 5 minutes to reach the beach of Calafell passing the natural space Cobertera.
The regions of Baix Penedès, Alt Penedès and Garraf form the biggest vine- and wine-growing area of Catalonia: the Gran Penedès which is situated between Barcelona and Tarragona, between the coast and the interior. Vine is the chief growing crop of the area which provides a large scenic variety, depending on the season of the year.
The people of the Penedès is characterized by their working spirit, their warmth and openness due to the fact that this area has always been the destination of many visitors and thus has learned to welcome them with a special hospitality.
Due to its situation, Ca la Florinda is an ideal place to enjoy a wonderful stay, including its new facilities and the possibility to carry out any type of activity, either at the sea or in the mountains.
The house is completely restored and there are 4 double rooms and one quadruple room which are completely equipped at your disposal. Additionally, you can find a big terrace, a solarium, a leisure room, a TV room, a kitchen and a dining-room and much more things you are invited to discover having a glass of champagne.

Dear All, I stayed here for 6 weeks which is very long duration for me.Here i never feel alone as people staying here and owner were always with me in the evening.Also here you can utilise free internet and TV/DVD facility.Also kitchen is well maintained and clean always.Here you have all facility for cooking food.About my room is also well maintained and 24hrs really very hot water.Also railway station and beach is on 5 min distance in taxi.In this 6 weeks i never feel that i was away from home

I have stayed here for a period of 6 weeks and must tell that this is a very good place to live in. The beaches are very close within the range of 5 - 10 minutes by car.. The house has almost all the facilities that a tourists looks for ...right from an inviting bed to a free internet connection.
What i must stress on ...is the house is very clean and maintained .and the people at Ca La Florinda are really warm and welcome you with full open heart.

Our family spent three weeks in Catalunya. We chose Ca La Florinda as our base of operations to travel around this part of the country. It is a beautiful house with a great location. Excellent connection to roads and train station. Rooms are better than a hotel. Comfortable beds. Inside patios and balconies provide space to read and relax. Ca La Florinda es, una casa amb un encant especial, les habitacions sons precioses i els esmorzars sensacionals. El millor però es, el tracte amable i familiar de les persones que la porten. Un lloc per tornar moltes vegades tan a l´estiu com a l´hivern. Es pot recomanar a tothom. El poble de Bellvei també es, mol acollidor i el Penedès i les seves vinyes una pasada.
Mi estancia en Ca la Florinda se puede calificar como perfecta. La casa es preciosa, y está muy bien cuidada.Las habitaciones e instalaciones, comfortables,con todas las comodidades,y en perfecto estado.Los dueños y empleados cuidan hasta el último detalle, además de ser muy sociables y hospitalarios.
