Casa de Laureana Marcos is a friendly rural accommodation, situated in the heart of the Segovia mountain range, in a village close to Segovia. Here, as if your were at home, you will be able to find peace and quiet and enjoy nature at its best, as well as its monuments and the cultural offer of the nearby towns and villages.
The house is characterized for being an intimate and welcoming place, where you will be able to relax in contact with nature and enjoy the tranquillity and relaxation. It is divided up into three floors, which have a total of eleven en-suite rooms, along with a large lounge and patio.

There are several companies in the area that offer a wide variety of activities:
Cultural, environmental and gastronomy routes which can be done on foot, by bike or car
Horse riding routes and courses with different itineraries throughout the Guadarrama Mountain Range
Cycling routes, canoeing, hiking...
There is the possibility of skiing in the two ski resorts in the province, Navacerrada and La Pinilla and cross country skiing in the Navafría pinewoods
In Arcones, there is the possibility of practising hang-gliding or abseiling

Tizneros is situated a few metres away from the N-110, 5 km. from the centre of Segovia and 2 from Torrecaballeros
From Madrid, there are various possibilities depending on whether you are looking for an attractive route through nature and scenery or the fastest route:
- Leaving the N-1, after passing the Puerto de Somosierra, at Santo Tomé del Puerto, take the turning for Segovia along the N-110, until you get to the turning, 5 km. from Segovia, or once you pass the municipality of Torrecaballeros.
- Another possibility is through the Navacerrada mountain pass as far as La Granja and Torrecaballeros, once you get to Torrecaballeros we take the N-110, towards Segovia and after 2 km. we come to the junction for Tizneros.
- Follow the A-6, the motorway from La Coruña until you get to the San Rafael exit and from there go along the N-603 until you get to Segovia. Then, from there, after 5 km.. you come to Tizneros.

En Laureana Marcos nunca cambia nada. Jorge no quiere dejar de ser el anfitrión ideal. Se empeña en que los desayunos nos reconforten para todo el día. Se empeña en proporcionarnos una auténtica cura de stress. Procura nuestra salud física dejandonos las bicis. Y se empeña en que creamos que todavía hay sitios donde se puede VIVIR con mayúsculas. La casa está genial, la relación calidad precio es excelente.Es un pueblo muy tranquilo y con mucha tranquilidad, ideal para descansar y desconectar de todo. Además está fenomenalmente situada, a un paso de Segovia, de Pedraza, de Sotosalvos y otros muchos lugares que hay para visitar cerca.Jorge en el trato es muy correcto e intenta que esté todo a punto. Fuimos la familia completa: 2 adultos y 2 niñas.La habitación era muy amplia y estaba limpisima. Los desayunos buenisimos: lomo en aceite, zumo natural de naranja recien hecho ... Cenamos dos noches y estaba todo muy bueno y casero. A 5 minutos de Segovia, pero muy tranquilo, sin ningun tipo de ruidos. La bañera con hidromasaje una pasada. El dueño es muy agradable, las niñas estaban encantadas con él. O sea, también recomendable para familias.

La estancia ha sido perfecta. La ubicación es preciosa, las vistas son fantásticas. La comida excelente, tanto el desayuno como la cena. El trato y el servicio es uno de sus puntos fuertes, ya que el dueño ha sido encantador y nos ha dado información de toda la zona. La habitación enorme y muy bien decorada. La limpieza es impresionante y toda la casa olía maravillosamente.
Desde luego nos ha gustado mucho y volveremos, esperemos, no dentro de mucho para disfrutar más días.
