The purpose of the Legal Notice. The Legal Notice regulates the conditions, the access and the use of the Portal, its contents and services, either free or with subscription, which have been provided to the users; a term which includes both the customers and the owners of the accommodations and services that make up the Portal.

Acceptance of the Conditions of the Legal Notice.
2.1 The User.
The mere access and/or use of the Portal, or of a part or whole of its contents and services, confers the title of “user” and constitutes the full adhesion, and without any reservations, to the Conditions of the Legal Notice as found in the current published version, as from the moment in which the user accesses these. TOPRURAL is merely an information page that offers, through the internet, a collection of contents and services related to the world of tourism, as well as complementary features and facilities which are accessible through the Internet. TOPRURAL reserves the right to modify, expand upon or cancel, at any time, and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Portal, along with the contents and services it contains.
Cookies and other devices. The user authorizes TOPRURAL to use cookies. The Portal uses cookies to facilitate the surfing, personalize the information and analyze the efficiency and the number of visits to the website. The Responsibility for the access and use of the contents and services found in TOPRURAL. The information given by TOPRURAL has been prepared based on sources from the public, from the data presented by the actual accommodations, from data given by other suppliers of services and the actual users of the Portal. TOPRURAL takes no responsibility for the content, truthfulness and updating of this information.
Users will abstain from publishing any contents that infringe the rights of third parties.

5.3 Privacy and security.
The user will abstain from producing, by any means, any destruction, alterations or damage to the TOPRURAL data, as well as their programmes or electronic documents, or their suppliers or third parties, and will not introduce or spread throughout the Internet any programmes, viruses or any physical or electronic instruments that may cause or be susceptible to causing any type of interference in the Net, the system, or TOPRURAL equipment or that of third parties. It is strongly forbidden to carry out any activity or practice that goes beyond the principles of good conduct generally accepted among Internet users.
TOPRURAL does not guarantee the privacy and security of the web page, and takes no responsibility for any intervention from non-authorised third parties, or for the appearance of any virus and similar features in your system or computer hardware.

5.4 Services provided by third parties.
TOPRURAL does not guarantee the truthfulness, exact or updated information, privacy, security, availability and / or services of third parties that appear directly on your web page or to which there is an access through the links in the, banners, buttons, etc.
TOPRURAL is not an intermediary of the services; it simply and exclusively offers the information service as appears in the Portal. The users must contact the owners directly. TOPRURAL plays no part in this contract and takes no responsibility for the quality, contents or availability of the services that are to be contracted or have been contracted.

5.5 Opinions and others
The user will also abstain from carrying out any conduct through TOPRURAL that goes against the rights of the intellectual or industrial property of TOPRURAL or third parties, or that violates or infringes the honour, personal privacy or image of third parties, undertaking to maintain TOPRURAL free of any claim, either judicial or extrajudicial, which may be presented against it as a result of this conduct.
"Users" will be able to publish opinions, both positive and negative, on the accommodations, services and others. Toprural will not publish the comments or opinions which damage the honour, personal or family privacy of third parties. TOPRURAL takes no responsibility, nor does it guarantee the truthfulness of the opinions that may be given by the users of its Website.

5.6 Miscellaneous
The user agrees not to use the contents or services of TOPRURAL to carry out any forbidden activity either of a moral or legal nature, and accepts to exempt TOPRURAL of any responsibility related to be quality, truthfulness of contents, reliability, correction or morality of the data, programmes, information or opinions, whatever their origin may be, and which are included in the website.
The different categories of accommodation used in TOPRURAL are generic and do not coincide with the official regional categories (there are more than 50 in Spain).

The contents, software, images, sounds, text and photographs of TOPRURAL or third parties found in the website are protected by the Spanish Legal Royal Decree 1/1996, of the Intellectual Property Law. The contents are specially protected, according to Art. 12 of the aforementioned Royal Decree, as well as the collection of data. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of this property is strictly forbidden, except with the written authorisation of TOPRURAL.
Any non-authorised use of this intellectual property by third parties will result in the pertinent legal and/or civil actions being taken. TOPRURAL takes no responsibility for any illegal action of a user of the website which affects the rights of a third party.

Links
The creation of a link with TOPRURAL does not presuppose any acceptance or relationship between the website and TOPRURAL. TOPRURAL authorises the creation of links with the Portal as long as the following conditions are adhered to:

- informing us of the origin and destination of the link, as well as its description text
- informing us of the text that describes this link

TOPRURAL will not declare that it has authorised this link, nor shall any incorrect or false statement be made about TOPRURAL, its services or the website; neither will links be made from websites that present any illegal and/or immoral or anti-public content.

The protection of personal data
TOPRURAL provides the user with this Legal Notice so that the user can decide on the appropriateness of registering in any of the databases found in the automated files included in the TOPRURAL website.
The personal data of the users that decide to register in the corresponding databases will be used, among other things, for statistics, to redefine the services offered in the website, for the maintenance and administration of the contact with the user, as well as for information, training and/or the sending of technical, operational and commercial information on the services found in our website.
TOPRURAL complies with the regulations on the Protection of personal data. Therefore, TOPRURAL has adopted the required security measures and has registered its databases in the corresponding Spanish Registry for the Protection of Data. Termination
TOPRURAL may interrupt or cancel the Portal or any of its services which it offers its users, at any time and without any prior notice. In all cases, the company may interrupt the service to any user that undertakes any non-ethical, offensive, illegal or incorrect use of the contents or services of TOPRURAL and/or contrary to the interests of this Company.

Force Majeure
Force Majeure is considered as being any event or circumstance which is not subject to the control of either party or any other contingency that cannot be foreseen, or, if it were foreseeable, is unavoidable according to the conditions and Case Law of Article 1.105 of the Civil Code. If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

Communications
TOPRURAL is allowed to send the user its Communications either by e-mail or land mail; likewise, the users will be able to direct their Communications to the website by land mail to TOPRURAL, C/ Gran Vía 31, 9º 1, 28013 Madrid. Or by telephone 0034 91 523 58 00 or via the website contact us .

Applicable jurisdiction
Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
