We spent a wonderful week at Le Noyer, it was the most perfect, peaceful and relaxing place to 'get away from it all'.  The gite is delightful with great authentic character and very private.  The general area is saturated with places of interest from enchanting old villages and chateauxs and superb ancient abbeys to La Rochelle which is only an hour away. The renown ancient canals in the area know as 'Green Venice' are enchanthing and very special.  Our thanks to the charming owners, Francoise and Dario, for a warm and most generous welcome.
