- Rehabilitated old stone house, respecting the thick stone walls, built in old traditional style with local wood.
- Above the sitting room is an open bedroom with double bed.
- Two more people can sleep in an extra bed
- It has a bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen.
- Television, wood burning stove, and a tank with fresh running water outside to cool of in summer.

The owner´s comments

This home is situated in between the stream beds of Arroyo Bravo and Arroyo Frio two streams built on huge rocks and sorrounded by nature oak trees, silver birches, walnut trees and extensive pine woods. It is part of the village of Raspilla de Arriba, 1000 metres high, at the foot of the South face Calar of the River Mundo, 600 metres from La Parrilla,  20 Km from Yeste and 30 Km from Molinicos.

The Arroyo Frío stream runs just next to the house, the water comes crashing down with all it’s force from October onwards. The water from Arroyo Bravo waters a fertile plain where you can still see the local people working in the fields with their animals in the same way as they did two hundred years ago.
