The owner´s comments

Alas de Rey is a house located in Alar de Rey, a new town where you can find the source of the Castile Canal and the second rail network in Spain: Alar - Santander. This is one of the oldest houses in the town. It is divided into two floors and there is a garage and courtyard with garden. The façade has been kept in the same way: it has been made of “galetilla” brick and woodwork.

The house layout is very simple and functional. On the first floor, you can find the kitchen which is completely equipped and very spacious. The lounge takes up half the ground floor and there is a fireplace and a big table for ten people in there. There is also a place with information about routes and visits around this area.
