The owner´s comments

This is an old building which has been totally restored, preserving the traditional features but at the same time offering all the modern-day comforts of the 21st century.

It includes 6 studios and 4 two-storey-loft apartments.

The studios are quite informal and equipped with a TV, washing machine, DVD, hi-fi, iron, hairdryer, electric juicer, toaster, microwave, towels, sheets, body gel, cleaning products.

Cleaning service (not daily). This service can be booked by guests for long stays.

The studios sleep three adults or two adults and two children. They all have a sofa bed (1.40 m wide and 2 m long) suitable for two children. 

The two-storey apartments  are of a loft-type construction. They have two bathrooms (upstairs and another downstairs). Upstairs, there is a double 1.80m bed (which can be separated into two twin 90 cm beds). In the lounge, there is a sofa bed, (1.40 m wide and 2 m long) for another two people.

The two-storey apartments have the option of an extra bed and can therefore sleep 5 or 6 people.

We have a two-storey apartment for six to eight people.

Minimum stay: 1 night except Public Holidays and Easter.

- La Rioja, as well as being a world referent for its wine culture, is also the birthplace of the Spanish language and has many medieval settlements that you cannot miss. 
- The San Millán de la Cogolla Monastery, declared a World Heritage Site and well worth visiting. 
- The villages of Briones and Laguardia, which still preserve their medieval history. 
- A walk through the old quarters of Haro or tasting the many "tapas" in Logroño, are just a few of the many attractions to be found in La Rioja.
